Today I visited Vi customer care service Nandyal, I am unhappy with their services. Father sim replacement recharged 150 rupees. Actual price of the SIM replacement is 25 rupees only. We informed same with the people who are working in the Vi customer care. We paid 150 rupees but the SIM is not activated after the 5 hours also. We are unable to reach out the people via call or message

Heres a employee called Tauseef. He is the best for consulting and get help. Very good communication from him. He probably solves problems with in minutes. Thanks for the best support.
