My experience says, this place is accessible only of you have govt contacts. Secondly they dont allow stay above 2 days irrespective of your need. VIP suits are really good but other suits are ok.

Good places considering its developed and maintained by government departments. Look forward to another stay, it would be kind of staff actually treats us like guest like their seniors rather then fulfilling formalities to providing shelter and food.

It is only for government people. Centrally located in the city, with easy access to the railways and the bus(anyone would hardly use bus though). The Nanded airport isnt far away, so another benefit of the location. The amenities are good with a conference hall and rooms.

Very nicely raised, but maintenance is neglected. Urien pot in the toilet of VIP suite has leakage, and user comes to know it only after urienating and seeing that the urien has spilled on the floor of toilet. Very sad state of affair.Catering and room service is excellent.
