Called four other places to have my sons suit pressed for a last minute dance. They answered the phone, even though they just closed, and let me bring it by. She saved the day and it looked amazing. He was so proud! We just moved to Huntington, and am happy to say, we have found an amazing new dry cleaner. Thank you White Way!

I dropped off dress shirts to be pressed and specifically requested military creases and confirmed they knew what that was. They didnt tell me until I came to pick them up that it actually costs *more* to have a shirt just pressed than laundered AND pressed. The shirts looked ironed, no starch even though I asked for heavy, definitely no military creases. When I pointed all this out the lady only asked me if I was going to be coming back, I said probably not and she proceeded to ring up the full price and barely made an apology. Terrible service, terrible performance and deceptive practices. Waste of time and money.

I took my husbands suit in on Thursday and asked for next day service due to his fathers funeral being on Sunday. The lady told me no problem, I could pick it up on Friday or Saturday. I went in Saturday morning to pick it up and she told me that it wasnt ready and I would have to pick it up on Monday. I explained that my husband needed it for his fathers funeral and I had asked for next day service and this was unacceptable. She went back and got it and handed it to me and told me that it was washed but hadnt been pressed and she didnt have anyone that could press it that day. I wont be back to White Way. I have taken my clothes there for a number of years with only minimal incidents (missing/broken buttons, etc.) but never again.

This place is horrible. My dress smells terrible and cannot be worn in public it smells so terrible. Very Very Unhappy with this business.

Unreliable and some staff are rude. Twice now I have brought my suit to be dry cleaned and it has not been ready at the time promised. There is always an excuse that the machine went down and I’m forced to take my I cleaned suit because I need it the next day. Get a new machine or stop making promises you can’t keep.
