Have traveled in the past to n from mum to nanded and experience was good. Lately they have become totally irresponsible and unreliable. Our flights which showed being sold out were cancelled thrice 18 hours before ,without any proper reason as to why. After rescheduled flights also got cancelled, we went via air india aurangabad. Caused a lot of inconvenience, this last minute cancellations

Staff at Mumbai Airport had a very disrespectful attitude and it seemed that pig wasnt paid enough and hence behaved like a mule. Truejet itself hasnt given any issues.

In last three days I was facing worst experience with this airline. Collapsed my time table of 2 daysNeither any reason explained nor any communication for tremendous late services. Distressing experience at mumbai airport on gate number 20NO DISPLAY AT ALL of service till boarding....MUMBAI TO NANDEDIn what way customer you want to react about your services GOD KNOWS...???

Mumbai Lady Staff very adamant nd non cooperative they never consider little addjustments first row seats though on flight it found one lady staff having occupied i hv ecpereinced this for two times at Mumbai Airport Lady Staff

You guys did a great job by having a direct flight from HYD to NDC. We visited SachKhand Hazoor sahib last month from Delhi. New planes in the fleet.
