Employees need to be but more trained regarding information about their own HDFC bank products like features of debit cards and credit cards. Anyway , they treat customers politely and kindly . It took more than 3 days to open a so called Insta account where I got the passbook, Cheque book and debit card which were useless till 4th day and the cheque I gave didn’t clear till 4th day though the money from my account got debited on the 3rd day . The lady employee near reception is very helpful and kind though . Processing speed has to be improved alot .
