This is the best area or building for commercial purpose. There are few banks and other shops are available. It looks like metro cities IT park building and that malegaon road has trees both side of road which increases the beauty of that area.

Visited this place for Citibank which is now closed. On main road from taroda to gajanan maharaj mandir.One of the nice building with glass facade.
