Second station in Nanded city. This is a waiting station for trains coming from Hyderabad and separate station for goods transport. It will be junction station in coming years as two ongoing projects, first from Nanded to Bidar via Degloor and second Nanded to Wardha via Yawatmal.

It was Really Nice feeling to be there at MALTEKRDI SAHIB as This was our First Gurdwara Sahib out of 5 Historic Gurdwara Sahibs Those we are going for paying our obsess as we entered it was like a Mound Top and looking so Beautiful from Downside and Also visible from nearby passing Roads and as I with my family payed our obesses Then after A Singh Sewak of Gurdwara Sahib Speaks about The History of That Gurdwara and Also notified about others where we are Heading onward.This particular Gurdwara Sahib Belongs to Guru Nanak Sahib and after these to Guru Gobind Singh ji.

It is supposed to become a Junction in the next 5 years Connecting Nanded - Wardha Rail line (Under Construction) and Nanded - Mudkhed Rail line (Already exists, Under upgradation). Overall nicely built atmosphere, loads of room for further expansion and the SCR has planned expansion of the railway station to become the second most important station after Hazur Sahib Nanded.Reaching the station is very easy and a flyover has been constructed recently to divert traffic away from the station approach road.

Station specially built for goods trains halting. Located away from Nanded railway station to load and unload goods so that it will not disturb the passengers. Sometimes it might act as a backup railway station for Nanded.
