Worst experience ever... Account department worst service I never seen. They dont knw hw to talk wid customers. Most of the workers wont wear mask, they cough in front of customer without using any napkins. Dont buy any product from here, you wont get any proper response.

They have been my preferred printers for all my work since three years. Any printing job with any scale of difficulties and challenges, Mr. Akash and Mr. Rajesh have always been very patient and have found solutions to most critical and difficult jobs. Most of all, Mr. Manoj who happens to be the owner himself will be aware of all his clients and the jobs they have taken up. You can be rest assured that your work will be completed without any hassles.

Have been trying to get employee ID cards done,. when just some corrections have to be done. The person whom we had contacted is most of the time avoiding to meet. Calling them everyday but the response is the person who is handling this is not well or father not well or didnt come to work..Thanks for your response. But we have already got the ID cards done by other vendor..

I called them for acrylic work, they told please come , I gave time for them, when I reach the place they told designers are busy come next day simply I came from far wasting my time, guy who called me, saying I dnt no about it, he say we are into digital marketing we dont now about it, dont trust then and go blindly ,make free of time and then go.make sure everyone are free

The worst customer service beyond anyone’s imagination!I’m writing this review right from the place completely frustrated since I’ve been waiting here since the past hour without my job even started. This is despite me asking the owner few times and even telling him that I’ll walk to Printo and get it printed instead of just waiting here.They have fancy captions hanging everywhere about customer service but they themselves lack it.

Good value for money and decent output. Except dont go if you are tight on time. Not great at promised time frames.

Dont respond to calls nor they keep up their words on the delivery date of the printing products.Extremelly bad service and experience..Not recommended..Front desk managers who take care of the Accounts are horrible..

While talking with person about one product cutting the call....i gave photobook for printing they said to me it will take 2days...and also they to me after two days i will call you....after 4days also they didnt call me in some time iam only calling book is ready or not they simply telling reason finally 5th day i i got the photobook...

Omkar surely is one of the better places around to get your printing jobs done. I find them quite economical for the quality they provide. Occasionally theyre a bit off on timelines, but if you plan ahead, no issues.

Pathetic service, inspite of explaining every minute detail for a one simple T-shirt printing and patiently followed up for 5 days for and they managed to successfully mess it up n the guy at the counter says we cant do more than this!!! WORST EXPERIENCE!!!! I gave one jersey to print name & number on back. I told to Prathap clearly that use black color to print. But they printed in grey color. When I asked, why did you print in grey? He (Prathap) told me, after printing we will get to know what color will come SERIOUSLY??? They dont even have the guts to accept their fault.Omkar Print Lab, you should change your tag line to WHAT YOU THINK, WE WONT PRINT atleast it will suits you......!! Totally WASTE print lab.

Worst worst worst experience ever! Instead if marriage card they will hand over you birthday cards! Type of material ..they wont print origanal marriage card still they will make one stupid one and ask money from you! Even their print is very dark .on screen they showed me green bit in actuality they gave me black color card with a very low quality paper that too in white envelope!!

Called n asked if they will do design printing on sweatshirts, n they said yes. After reaching, they told that they wont do for multiple colors, n the design will fade after a wash! If thats d case, y wud anyone want to do desgin printing?! Didnt give clear info over call when I cud have avoided 5km travel n lot of wasted time!

Worst possible service.They wasted 2 expensive dies for stickers after close to 5 interactions and it was big waste of time and money.The stickers are peeling off even after clearly explaining of what is expected. Please avoid!!!The billing counter guy has truck lots of attitude and talks nonsense.
