They are worstAt the start I started to think they are good bcoz the network used to come properly daily but when I switched to 100mbps unlimited they took the money and the service was the worst experience of my life I called them just twice for the network and they blocked but I have to their bad network forcefully bcoz they are only the one that provides it. They are less responsive very arrogant and very unprofessional. I am just very angry with themI request anyone who is reading this plz try to get any other service provider of possibleI wish I had an option to give zero stars

They are providing worst services which I am experiencing. My internet is not working since last 2 days, I have raised this issue with them multiple times, but still they have not sorted out the problem. They are actually cheating the people.

Internet connection goes down in between even they dont intimate about downtime. Very bad customer support, even they dont pick the call.

Ive been trying to get the new connection but Im not getting any response from the providers. Ive visited the office multiple times called them but still no response.Need Good internet providers in the City :(

This is third class service, you will just inviting problem if you are selecting this internet service. They never pick call neither while installing the box nor after that.Nanded remain outdated city because of these kind of people who dont have sense to work.

Internet speed and price are best in Nanded.BUTService is dungon.They neither answer call nor call back. Office staff never know anything and they never escalate your call to superior because they never know where is superior.I am waiting for last 7 days for link down solution.

Jain Internet service provider with office in Vishnu Nagar opposite New Mondha is the worst ISP. I am still having a very bad experience with their connection and speed.Their service response is dismal.Not recommending this ISP. Beware. Unfortunately there is no zero possible in giving ratings.

Worst service.... Not picking the calls....and problem Persists for days together....think again before approaching them.....i hope there is a zero .....if you are taking connection from them....you are inviting problems ....

They never receives a call, if he receives by chance then talk for 10-15 seconds and cut the call without asking.Never solve querry in less than 2 days, they always take time.
