While office organization could maybe use some help (I stayed on hold for hours multiple times on different days before giving up and hanging up. Surprisingly whenever someone actually answered it was after only a few minutes so Im sincerely confused by this), everyone was kind and helpful the times I did get through.Sam was especially helpful today when I had trouble getting my card to work. He walked me through everything patiently until we figured out a solution and I cant say how much I appreciate that. He made a difficult situation less so with his kindness and patience.
