I have been working with SLIC lakdikapool branch , for 14 months since I was a fresher I didnt went much with my payscale , tried to gain as much knowledge I can. I had a beautiful colleagues throughout my time thats the one of positive thing I made out from here.

I was working in location of lakdikapul, shriram life Inaurance.i saw They are not giving work from home option to their employees.. at office there we found 3 corona +ve employee also but after that they are not giving wfh facility.somtimes Sunday also their office open.such a bad experience in these company.. manager , team leader not supportive to their employees. Much work pressure n bad behaviour I ever see in my life..Another bad experience was if u worked here for long term also your salary is constant like 12,200rs.. here there is no increment too..

Shriram life insurance is a worst company to work Iam totally waiste 3.6 years valuable time in this fake company. Hr team is very lazy and they are not respond for any emails from an ex- employee. Very least pay company. I will not recommend to join this fraud company.

I cannot rate even 1 star. The claim service is pathetic, when they want to register a policy their agents call and follow up like anything and when it comes to claim no one respond properly.even their website number doesnt work _ THIS NUMBER 1800 3000 6116 DOESNT WORK AT ALL, ONLINE CLAIM OTP NEVER COME TO REGISTERED NUMBER... ATTACHED A RE FEW SCREENSHOTS FOR REFERENCE. VERY BAD AND PATHETIC SERVICE I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND SHRIRAM INSURANCE TO ANYBODY.

Its time wast because they will tell to wait till 4pm then they will strat taking interview plz dont plan
