Nobody is there to answer your call on Land Line. Only one number is provided. On toll free number you will get info, you cannt contact any executive. As soon as you write a number for talking to executive, phone disconnects.

Such a worst company. I left my job on Nov 2019. Still my settlement is pending. Irresponsible fellows

Take a Half-Day if updating Aadhar cardIt’s as good as visiting a government office. Although the office starts at 8:30 AM, better be there before 7 AM and wait in queue. Based on the staff strength the security guards allow you inside the gate. Once in, you’ll reach the first round where they check your documents and issue a token number. Then you stand in a small queue to pay ₹25. Just when you think it’s over, you’ll be required to get in to a waiting room (which at least has chairs). You’ll have to wait indefinitely as only one staffer to make the corrections. The security who takes the form from you bluntly says to wait an hour, which is usually longer. By the way, I am guessing that’s the last round as I am writing this review from the waiting hall!

I went to apply for aadhar card at this office... they put a display note on gate that aadhar machine is not working... looking at that, most of the people returning.. but security guard is taking money and allowing prople who has requested.. after going into the office, same answer from employees saying that machine is not working... if we request, they r asking for money, if we accept to give , they r processing our application saying that machine has just started working...I had a very bad experience... but finally got my work done by paying money... I dont recommend anyone going to this office

I have done corrections in my aadhar but not received updated aadhar card still, its been morethan 3 months now..& no response from them..

Worst ever service by Karvy Madhapur branch for Aadhar card enrollment. Staff is extremely unprofessional and slow. Id not recommend anyone for applying Aadhar card in Madhapur Karvy.

Weast management it’s going on in karvy .very slowly work .its not rule .they went lunch around 1 hours 40min .
