Worst Interview ExperienceMy resume got shortlisted for one of the position at Technolution and an interview was scheduled with one of the senior team player living outside India.Interview was scheduled for 1 hr according to the Interviewee comfort due to the timeline difference.I entered the call 5 mins before the scheduled time and Interviewee entered 5 mins late.Interviewee started by explaining about the role and took another 5 mins.Then Interviewee concluded by asking me how will I fit the role and muted the mic.I started telling about my past experiences, achievements and how perfectly I fit the role.The situation seemed like a monologue dialogue delivery platform rather than an Interview. There was no cross questioning, no proper conversation. After 10 mins, Interviewee stopped me saying it has got a meeting and would continue with this later.Next day i contacted HR to get the info, he said there is another person inlined(this was never mentioned) and would tell me once the other person gets interviewed.After 2-3 follow ups and waiting for another 1 week, i came to know that the other person got selected and I never got another chance to have a proper interview conversation.In the end, i would like to convey this message to Senior Leaders. If you are hiring, hire fairly and give proper chance and time to the candidate.For you the interview is just a process, for the candidate it is a matter of BREAD.

Hi ..this is Praveen .. Couple of months before I got the call and cleared all the technical rounds and taken signature on the offer papers too.. Till now HR did not turned ..HR doesnt respond to my calls, HR doesnt respond to my messages but HR loves to see all my status .. Always a small company is small company with out process and all .. Its a pathetic experience with the company ..@ HR .. Do not try to fools others by asking them to come to the company , please respect other space and one day the same thing will happens to you for sure .On the Top of the above statement of my view , I am glad to get a call from the respective department and I completely understood that the back ground happened . I am okay to change my view and request you to provide the feedback to the Technical associate in future . Before explaining anything, I want to tell you this. I recently applied for a job at Techolution and went for an interview. After my interview i was happy and I was very excited about the position. At the end of day, they did not selected me. I didnt get any idea what i did false in interview because i was very confident about my performance. Feel like you flubbed an interview for a job you’d actually be good for, but I’d chalk this up to a learning experience and move on. Who knows, maybe i can get a better opportunity than this one. Thank you Techolution for this greate(bad) experience.
