Located in a Well decent area. The property is huge with a Walking trail (must try). Covid protocols are being followed thoroughly starting from the entrance by sanitizing luggage bags and checking the temperatures of the guests. Check-in was so smooth and fast. Rooms are well equipped with all kinds of entities like a water heater, mini-fridge, tea and coffee and water bottles. To our surprise room was pre-cooled. Response to the situation is good. A huge parking space is available. Overall an amazing place to spend the weekend.

Decent rooms. Pillows are super soft, please ask for a different pillow if you are not comfortable. I definitely wasnt.They have this weird rule of not allowing professional cameras into the property even if you are staying with them.Breakfast is good. In room dining food can be given a miss.

I called the hotel for room availability enquiry, every time the reception picks up the phone and transfers to the reservations team, but it never connects. It made me hold for 2 mins and again connects back to the reception. I called 5 times, same thing happened again and again. Last, I informed the reception people if they are concerned about the customer please call me back and that never happened.Never expected from a 5 start hotel like Hyatt

This is one of the worst dinner experiences I have had at a five star hotel. The washrooms were filthy, not cleaned even after raising a complaint. The buffet was very limited, and not refilled in time. The cocktails, the second round was much diluted than the first, like in a local bar, to our surprise. The guests walked in for dinner in their boxers to the embarrassment of my kids.

Every thing was fine service was a bit slow but thanks to vedant he was very helpful and humble for every required service

We just loved this place. I recently booked it on the last Saturday. We informed them of wedding anniversary special stay just for 1 day and they gave us complementary balcony room. This place is just perfect to relax, enjoy sumptuous food, greenery, nature and what not. Staff members are so humble and polite..In their restaurant Collage, every staff member was ensuring that the guests are comfortable. Food & ambience were just wow. Their way for walking is the usp of this place. I am surely gonna book it soon.

There is some problem with the management in this particular hotel of Hyatt Gachibowli Hyderabad. The people at the reception have no communication skills. They do not have any internal communication either, we had to repeat ourselves to so many people and so many times about everything, it was annoying. They did not even care to inform and give us the complete information about anything. The staff at the restaurant were a bit better. Interns like Santosh seemed more professional and courteous. Housekeeping staff were good and helpful too. But if you are really looking for something luxurious and good hospitality then I’m afraid u will be highly disappointed here. The hotel standards are quite low and do not meet the Hyatt standards. We stayed at Grand Hyatt Bali 2 years back and there is a huge difference in the standards and services.If you are planning to take your dog and go on a staycation. Make sure u check their website thoroughly because they trick you with some policies which are not transparently communicated and charge you extra. They did not tell me over the phone too despite of asking. And they do not even provide a pooch friendly room. There is just a basic balcony room which you cannot even open due to mosquitoes. The room was extremely basic for the price that we paid.Overall we had an awful experience. I do not recommend this hotel. If you want to experience what hospitality is, try hotels like the Leela palace or Oberoi. We had an amazing staycation last year in Bengaluru at much lesser price.

Hayat having similar architecture dosent have much difference in its inside. Location here is accessible to maximum and is peace.

Hyatt Hyderabad is not deserve for 5 star status.Hyatt ambience is good but service is very poor.I am part of a wedding function guest and stayed there for 2 days and one night. Food is not good.If you order food for kids, staff will not say not available. But they will not bring. After a wait of an hour, we ordered baby food from outside through Swigy. Such a pathetic condition.

This stay for a friends birthday was not worthwhile at all ... very unlike Hyatt experience. 👎👎They had a couple of banquets which dominated their attention... I suppose they reduced their service attitude towards their regular WoH patrons ... so much so that I ordered food from outside. I did not even want to mention the special event that we were celebrating as I saw the very myopic attitude towards their other house guests.I expect improved service attitude from all staff members in future for sure, if they really care for continued patronage.Thank you!

In one line I would say good...And to feel the vibe of Hyatt you have to visit at once .

Best Place for Fine dining and good backside garden

Pathetic!!!!Even that would be a compliment to these buffoons.Took them one hour to check us in, had to go back to get my suitcase from the so called reception and nobody there even cared to ask if its mine or if they send it themselves..Room are dark with very less lighting, unclean, small.. Room service just for namesake, nothing great..And i have just checked in.. Regretting my decision...

Fine hotel to dine in with family or friends. Dining area is spacious and has good ambience. Less masala is definitely a good key point for specially for those who dont prefer it. Few of the Items to be tried: Tomato soup, Chicken clear soup, palak paneer, chicken breast etc. Wine along with cheese is something one can try.

I am a regular to Collage in Hyatt. Love the ambience and my child loves it there. He is always happy and looking forward to spending a good time there.

It was the most pathetic experience from any 5star hotels I have ever visited.The facilities like pool, mini fridge, snack bar, tv etc are not working. The front desk never responds to calls, so fir every single request you need to go to the desk.One of the cleaning staff themselves said that they are on cost cutting, hence operating with only very few services.Walk-in is also not allowed for some weird policy.Just pathetic for the price and brand name

Ambience is good but food can be better

This hotel is a black mark on the brand value that Hyatt embodies in India. From the arrogant lad who checked us in to the cockroaches in our room, the experience as a whole was nothing short of disgusting.The impolite folks on the other end of the In-Room dining intercom responded with If the menu hasnt come to your room, its not my problem when the guest stated that theyve been waiting for 30 minutes to just see the menu. Spent nearly 60 grand over 4 nights and received shabby and foolishly uncouth behavior in return. The brand language of this hotel and the terrible training is enough to discourage any guest from staying here again.

Booked a twin room for a stay of 2 nights. Checking in process was swift. Place is really ambient.Pros: vast property, walking track, polite executives, prompt room service, decent WiFi.Cons: room was compact, mattress was hard, positioning of TV, placement and pressure of shower heads.I really think and feel, team Hyatt Hyderabad Gachibowli and Hyatt Hotels Corporation can include much more amenities to make the stay more peaceful; such as a wider room, soft mattresses, proper positioning of TV (our necks really hurt after watching TV at a higher angle), placing the shower head above instead of Infront and increasing the water pressure of shower heads, might as well add in a bathtub for the prices the property has.Theres a real competitive advantage for Hyatt Hyderabads competitors, might utilise it while it lasts. Hope the property does some renovations.A VAST AREA OF THE PROPERTY IS LAWN WHICH ISNT EVEN UTILIZED TO ITS FULL POTENTIAL. THINGS CAN BE MADE BETTER HYATT.

Not even worthy of 1 star. It’s the worth. The room sizes are pretty small compared to Hyatt in other cities and branches. The facilities are very poor too. It seems like I wanted entire 7.5k for nothing. Booked a room for 1 day, due to port services had to leave it in just 3 hrs.During check in, we had to wait for 30 mins, for general cleaning of spilled coffee, nobody came even after follow ups (for 1.5hrs) after which we decided to check out only.I opted for a deluxe balcony room (which is supposed to be a deluxe and bigger room), it was very small, no charm, poor services, not at all polite staff.Highly disappointed. Worst experience ever! Please prefer Hyatt Jubillee for a nice stay. It’s 100 times better.

Had Sunday buffet in Collage today. Not sure if it was lunch buffet or brunch... if that was brunch then surely very disappointing spread.Being a x hotelier myself , I am exactly aware what is good service, menu planning , buffet spread , cost cutting , etc etc is.let me give a detailed inputs.Service staff on the floor was absolutely delightful. Attentive , cleared our tables regularly. Girls and boys were attentive and pleasant. My kid dropped cutlery on the floor few times, without me waving hands for their attention , promptly things were taken care. Drinks were replenished on time. FnB service , good. Surely recommended.Let’s talk about food!!!1. Starter and soup: taste , spread , good2. Salad section: disappointed. I don’t go to a brand like Hyatt to have that.3. Main course: where is the creativity of chef’s gone? Or it’s just cost cutting is taking over kitchen’s staff creativity?4. Desserts: disappointing. I had to literally scoop cakes and mouse from the serving spoon. Again example of pure laziness. Did chef taste it?5. No live counter... I saw many kids on Sunday buffet. Children enjoy live counters. Again, where are the creativity gone for chefs? Or cost cutting is taking over?With Rs 300 more , Sheraton which is next block is doing much higher job .6. Food was spicy to an extent. Along with veg/nveg tag, u can add a sign to let people know the spice level( two red dots or 2 chill sign)Overall , I am foodie. I worship food. I am disappointed the way spread was designed .I am sincerely hoping someone takes corrective action soon.I will visit this place sometime soon to give a second chance.. till then anyone visiting this place , keep ur expectations of food on check.

While everyone is paying a price due to the pandemic...the tourism, hotel and airlines has suffered a huge damage. But its very unfortunate that they are not ready to reopen services either with the same class of service they were once known for. Even 1 star is too much for this hotel. Customers are ready to give buisness but Hyatt Gachibowli is not though they opened up bookings. 90 minutes waiting to get a room...unheard of for a 5 star plus category hotel. It would be better if they shut it down once and for all.

No longer the Hyatt of old - Poor Service and Quality!Disliked · Check-in to the room took over 60 minutes. The receptionists could not find the booking (or thats what they said) and then after 30 minutes after serving 3-4 check-ins, they miraculously found the booking #.We were then escorted to the room, and were unable to open the room door - because there was someone already inside! So the receptionist went back and did not return for another 15 mins. After which we made our way back to the lobby to discover that they assigned an already booked room the first time.The carpets in the hallway are not clean, cobwebs in the balcony, and generally dust everywhere. It looks like there has been a massive downgrade in manpower/facilities or the management has changed and basic hygiene is not being maintained.The food was a disappointment cause in all likelihood the chefs have been downgraded, the food materials were downgraded. The dishes did not taste like how it should. Breakfast Indian or Western were a huge disappointment because they tasted funny. Liked · Terrible breakfast - did not expect this drop in standard from Hyatt. Most of the items served were not as they should have tasted. The quality of the ingredients were bad, the service was slow, and buffet menu non-existant. I think Hyatt has completely downgraded on their staff and food post-COVID.This is a huge drop in quality, service, and brand from the Hyatt of old. We even visited when this was the Ista - and its no longer at the same standards.

Checked in today (21 aug 2021), checked in process is okay. In room itself found washroom not upto mark, seems they reused the floor mats and in covid times I didn’t expected that. Further in name of garden view they gave me car parking view, see pictures. I recommend other hotels in vicinity, Hyatt is no more what it used to be Atleast in Gacchibowli Hyd.Edited after checkout - And reducing to 1 star from 2.Another family stayed in front of my room 1416 and for strange reasons these people kept their door open in evening and early morning. Heard shouting and loud noises of Childs. This was terrible stay, seems the people who come in have also start degrading over the time.

This property Hyatt Hyderabad Gachibowli is pretty scenic.. Sits in the heart of financial district... the surroundings are covered with lush greenery and we instantly felt like a resort within the city... How cool is it!Now...We booked our room at this property using world of Hyatt points... these points only for the room booking... there is not complementary breakfast using points booking....We checked in late, the staff is very courteous, very supportive.. we felt like heaven..Our room is on ground floor... the asthestics of the room may be needs fair bit of touch up if at all compared to other properties with the same offerings...Pros - customer service attentiveness is very high... you will be greater by their staff everywhere they spot you..food is quite expensive by menu price... we havent tasted it...Staff - we after checked in, we just wanted to windup our day with the days fatigue with a beer, I was pleasantly surprised to have the staff being just as energetic and vibrant to attend to me at the closing our of the dining area... how ever, being spoiled with such service, I wish they could have cleared up the Bain Marie after all the guest leave the dining area..Breakfast - Limited my choice... same old menu... no new things... Idli and white chutney are awesome... really loved it...Just a note, I was thrilled to find the same fresh faces who attended last night started their early shift with the same energy... We loved their dedication towards customer service and work...Overall - great place, you will enjoy the stay...

Fancy exteriors but the hotel itself is quite basic.Lobby is tiny, the banquet halls and event spaces are right near the entrance which is bad from a privacy point of view.Pick Taj Krishna down the road instead.

Well I went for a stay at Hyatt Gachibowli and nothing seemed right from check-in. Some1 else was checked in on my name. This confusion took some time end.. Finally I was checked in. To my surprise, I entered the smallest room possible from available in entire Hyderabad hotels. As I settled in, I ordered in for lunch from in house dining kitchen. I got it after 30 minutes and again ketchup never got delivered. Well it was time to enjoy their luxurious property and I ventured out with my wife and 4.5 months old daughter. Property is lushed with greenery. That is all about their property. Now coming to their dinner part - One of the worst buffet spread for a hotel of Hyatt standards. Only 2 veg starters, 1 veg soup, 2 veg curries and dal and veg Biryani plus some salads and 2 veg desserts. Starters were very oily. Veg curries were paneer and baingan bharta. Both were very tasteless and below average. Only saving grace was Moong dal halwa in dessert section. That is all about the dinner. I asked for a cradle for my kid from in-house section and it came after an Hour. Very slow customer service. Well after having such bad dinner, we thought what would be the breakfast next morning, didnt get good vibes about the small room either. So we checked out of hotel the same night, came home and slept peacefully and today morning had a good home breakfast!! I would suggest not to venture out here. Waste of time and money

Food is decent, though the buffet variety was restricted, perhaps because of Covid. The usp of the place is its pet friendly policy and relative openness compared to other hotels - it makes for a relaxed, family-friendly atmosphere. And ofcourse the staff are extremely friendly

Had a really refreshing experience of staying at Hyatt Gachibowli, we had a request of a late check out and the manager was very courteous and didnt bother us regarding checking out. They keep their guest on top priority and the rooms were in pristine condition. At the price, its a great place to stay if you visit this part of Hyderabad

Writing this review from Room 1208 . 24th July 2021 One night stay with my family(2A+1kid) and Friends family ( 2A) . Two similar type of roomPackage : Hyatt King Room with Free Breakfastand Dinner.( 2 rooms)There is nothing good to say for this place..Buffet Dinner: ---ve , may be a road side dhaba is better than this ..Rooms : are small. Really small.Outside: green area with 1 km running track .Connectivity: Free internet speed is always less than 10mbpsDont be in trap of complementary dinner or breakfast.. order your food from outside or go À la carte,. Buffet is the worst part of this placeWhile buffet ,-Glass or water will not be given to your table,- missing cutlery. Need to ask ground staff to arrange.-Once an item finished on counter no one bother for filling it-They will not listens for first 30-45 min for a simple naan , ( or to or aapki khud ke jimmedari hai ki ground staff aapki table se used soup bowls and plates remove kare. That also after 2-3 calls , bhaiya please plats / bowls Hatha do )-Once you are frustrated asking 4-5 times for everything then they will send some one to console you , again he will literally listen and go . Floor in- charges or managers are just for name sake..In my case , I asked everyone for a naan ( starting from waiter 15 min - staffs at counter 20 min- floor manager 15 min- some one higher then that 15 min-) total waiting time is more than an hour. really frustrated.They really ruined my family time .. I wont suggest any one to go for Hyatt

The chef doesnt know how to make a cup of tea he replaced my tea for 4 times still couldnt get it right!I also ordered a chicken club Sandwich in which the bacon was hard as rock and the chicken was over cooked texture was just like rubber and when I informed it to the chef he said no everything is fine about the sandwich.These 2 stars are just for the hotel location and the rooms and some staff like Mr Joshi you tried his best to make my stay comfortable.

I stayed in Hyatt for 3 nights very recently.Had a very very bad experienceThere was no hot water in my room. After complaining for two days - nothing was done about it, so I just gave upNot expected such callous attitude towards guests from Hyatt

We had booked a suite. It was spacious. The service could have been a bit quicker and better. All tge managers specially Mr.Prashant and Mr.Tanmay took great care of us.

Hyatt lives up to its name in terms of doing their best to keep guests comfortable and content. Polite, helpful staff. Spacious and airy property which is setup more like a resort.Finding a spot to park on the weekends can be a stretch and the rooms are slightly smaller in comparison to other similar properties.

A good stay amidst the Tech park in Hyderabad. It has a mix of official and family stay giving a feel of staying at a resort even if one is on an official trip as it has large open spaces, trees, pool etc. Hospitality is at Hyatt standard, one could not ask for more.

Other than the location there is no upside...If your company is paying for it ok but if you are looking for a luxurious stay then this place is a big NO...we booked a room with a deck.I do not have much experience of 5 star hotels however I have stayed in The Park and Lemon tree and their basic rooms are 10 times better than this..The Hyatt Gachibowlis lounge bar is the saddest place I have ever seen. My husband booked this to surprise me on my birthday well both of us were shocked rather surprised when we entered the room... It looks super old with very basic features nothing like a 5star hotel... old fungus ridden, rusty lamps and stained curtains add beauty to this below average dingy room..Service and staff is good but the room just didnt ring any bells... It is an absolute disappointmentFood is good however definitely not worth the price. They charge premium prices for every single service and amenity but the experience is not so premium....Coming to hospitality....staff is good and they replaced the faulty refrigerator from our room promptly however the front desk is a little uninformed when we booked we called them to check if pets are allowed or not they said No but the Hyatt official website says pets are allowed also we saw a couple of other guests with their pets

Average option in Gachibowli. The rooms are extremely small. Smaller than their transit options. Food served in the Buffet Breakfast needs attention. Items like Idly, Upma, Pongal etc., needs to be prepared like the way it is done in the native households. Other items are well prepared. Shower area is not safe at all.

Good convention hall and greens

Stayed there while we were traveling with our pet. It’s a pet friendly accommodation. Rooms were small but neat and well kept. Breakfast was tasty and freshly cooked. Very courteous staff.

A real nice, serene and relaxing property with lots of open spaces and greenery right in the middle of Financial District, yet away from the hustle and bustle. There is a quaint bar and restaurant close to the entrance and they also have an open restaurant right under the trees which makes for awesome dinner get togethers. I personally love the ambience of the location with good food and wonderful staff.

A great place. I give a A- with just a few thinks they need to perfect for a 5 star property.

To begin with no valet parking, no one recieves your luggage, we had to carry or own luggage to the room. Very bad service at the front desk, breakfast was even more misreable, the quality of food was tasteless, not a good spread by any means, the table had no spoons we had to run from pillar to post just to get spoons, even though tables were available outside we were asked to sit in a crowded place in this pandemic which is putting people at risk. In the room the AC was set at 27 C in such heat, which makes living in the room very uncomfortable. The only plus side was the burnt garlic chicken which was in room dining, Rani from the in dining staff was very responsive, courteous and helpful with suggestions so two star is only for her...otherwise its been a disastrous experience. Recommendation - Get your house in order ASAP.

Presently dull as business is low. Probably not the best time to rate. Some staff are really good like Bhargav and Tanmoy. Also the layout is refreshing.
