Always been treated very well here. Receptionsist are definatley just as over worked as the doctors are if not more. Sure its hard to get an appointment. I would stand to think its because everyone is over the phone now for the most part. I find the receptionist to be polite when treated in kind. Dont expect people to be polite to you when you vent at them or scream at them for something outside of their control. These are stressful times for everyone have some patience and understanding.

Just came to consult, but the attitude of the front desk staff was extremely poor and the tone was super impatient. I will never come here again.

I was extremely frustrated with this clinic - last week I spoke to my doctor about my difficulties getting through and the staff. She patiently told me that calls volumes are up ten times because of covid and clinic is trying to fix its phone system, that staff are working long hours to try to get everything done and that everyone is trying their best but super tired - I have been with this place since the old clinic and never been let down and I trust my doctor and the clinic are doing what they can with these new rules

I have been calling since 9 am this morning. No answer on the phone lines. I am going to speak to dr Kingsley about this to be sure. So unacceptable to be treated this way . I am so angry about this. Why are the phone lines not being answered ? There are no patients in the office. If you were my staff id fire you all

I wish I could rate the receptionists, and doctors separately. My doctor is fantastic, and deserves 5 stars. But as many other reviews have stated, the receptionists are incredibly rude, and seem to pride themselves on being as unhelpful as possible. I had to practically beg the receptionist, who was incredibly invasive with her questions about my medical issues, to see the doctor of the day that they offer, as my doctor is away.Please Wellington Medical Clinic, either retrain your receptionists, or hire new ones with an actual shred of empathy.

Appointment was at 10:45 and arrived at 10:50. Receptionist saw me in line waiting to be checked in and I let senior go ahead of me. When I saw the receptionist it was 10:59 and told they have a 15 min policy and would not be seeing my doctor despite her seeing me in line. This was very unfortunate as I booked the day off work to make that appointment. Receptionist was rude and would not let me wait for someone to cancel. I was prepared to wait all day as appointment was important enough to wait in waiting room. Now returning 1 month later waiting in waiting room for 1 hour, doctor is 30mins late and rudeness persists. How are these receptionist so cold, is this a penal camp or punishment ? I feel like I should expect abuse coming here

Hours say 9 but they close whenever they feel like it. 6:50 they closed lastnight and when i called to ask if they ever close before 5 as i was walking down with 2 kids for the second time and she says yep sometime. How do you stop taking patients at 5 or 6 when you close at 9! Maybe they should have clear hours for when they take their last patient. Also the desk ladies could be a bit more friendly.

Friendly Staff. Dr Kurytnik has been our family doctor for years, he is an excellent doctor would recommend this clinic to anyone.

After having my physician change three times in four years, Im completely done with this place. This year, I went back three times to see my new Dr and she was completely unhelpful. Kindness is great, but a Drs job is to promote health and wellbeing. If a patient has on record been treated with medication for 15+ years, and tells you they need to go back on medication, DO NOT OFFER THEM VITAMINS AND EXERCISE. My fatness has NOTHING to do with my illness. Its a symptom of not treating my illness properly...if youd have actually listened to me, youd know that. I gained all the weight after going off my medication. Thanks for nothing. Ill try my luck in the psych ward...maybe theyll put me back on medication since the Drs are useless.

No one asked my name. Had to wait in a food court, while jack harming was going on. Bring waiting over 35 minutes and I don’t know if anyone knows I’m here 👎🏻

This has been the worst experience dealing with you folks. Born and raised in this city and I would never recommend sending anyone here to do there medical concerns. 0 care and worst customer service I have seen in my 30 years. Whether its on the phone or in person the receptionists are rude and the doctors dont care about there patients. My two cents Peace OUT!

The Dr.s are GREAT, but good luck getting to see them. The management/reception are extremely difficult to deal with. Its like taking on a tedious yet epic quest to breach the administrative barriers and access your rightful medical care. They have a you need us, we dont need you, and we really dont care attitude. Make sure you follow up on all referrals etc. yourself. If you can, always make appts in person, they barely answer the phone.

Worst place ever! Staff is extremely unhelpful, zero compassion. Dont even bother to give call back despite promising to do so. Just keep saying that we should go to walk in clinic regardless that we have a family doctor there. Disappointed is softest I can say!Really sad

Ive been with this clinic for 2 years; phone staff are RUDE in an already stressful situation as trying to get an appointment with this clinic is ALWAYS a miserable experience. Id go elsewhere if I could find another clinic taking new Pts.

Reception is very cold. They have no compassion and aren’t friendly.
