I purchased a plug-in for my website, the plug in won’t upload to my Wordpress website and even with customer service “ attempting “ to login after a 4 days still no resolution. Spend your money with any other vendor and save the headache.

Great themes on offer. SUpport is pretty quick and v. thorough. Could do with better instruction manual maybe to save contacting support (or maybe thats just me!)

I wanted to make a change to the theme that wasnt available without knowing code, so I contacted support, and they got me what I needed and told me exactly what to do to get it incorporated into my website. I paid $40 for a theme that does not work at all. The only way to contact the support is by email, which I did. Problem not solve yet and I did not get my money back.

Thieves is the best way to describe this business. They sell broken software they mostly stole from other places and when they send it to you and you learn that it does not even work they refuse to give refunds.

Jason GG: should have read your review before spending my money on these people. I guess you have to be lucky enough that they sell you some stolen software from someone else which works.....my transport pro didnt work and after 5 attempts by email I give up.
