There are five floors in this building. Each and every floor there are small offices and store like medicals n all . And also in basement there is parking lot but that is not sufficient for those who are working n also who r living here already.If we talk about surrounding and allare neat and clean.

They provide a bit delayed customer service. I bought a asus laptop last month. They forgot to activate my windows. And then took 15 days to do so. I was very much disappointed. Because it was my new laptop and then in 2 days use I had to keep it for 15 days in a service centre for a small issue

Very bad customer service, even if you ask for the maximum time required to repair your laptop and then they will make you wait for 15-20 days. At the end they will return the faulty piece with missing components.Look for any other option in the city but not this

I have purchased i 5 PC ,initially they gave poor quality keyboard esktop and mouse.Keys were not pressing at all. Desktop was becoming auto shut down.There was short in motherboard also. Then when went to replace poor service was provided and made waiting for whole day and did not give the cable to connect the device by mistake again.After bringing home again googlemeet and zoom is still not working. Now I am infected with COVID 19.Matter is still not resolved.

Talking about the sales and product range... I would have given 4.5 stars but my recent experience made this rating to 1 stars...I was in hurry.. And as the laptop was not there they insisted me (and another customer) to wait 15 to 20 mins but it took 3hrs for them to deliver... The sales guy rajan was good... But the owners disappointed me.. They didnt even offered water... Worst ever service... Negative rating for owner... Never Recommended!

Never buy laptop and assembled PC here, poorest quality, even screen is of too low quality, they may offer lower price but they also provide lowest quality. Try Microword or other shops. We purchased total 3 pcs all were problematic, they dont even cover warranty properly and when asked for repair they didnt even touched it while returning after 7 days. Eventually I have to get it repaired somewhere else and pay for service even after PC is under warranty.

Is there a way to give 0 stars??. i was shocked by the behavior of the owner and the staff after i purchased a laptop from them. before i got the laptop they were all good and behaved nicely. once i paid for the laptop and asked them to give me fresh piece instead of an already opened box, they changed their tone and got aggressive with me. really really shocked by this incident. sorry to say but their are many shops which offer similar prices but are far more respectable to the customers.

I would not suggest you to go with these guys!These guys intially quote a price 2-3k less from current price set by the authentic dealers (company outlets). With that they offer you all types of non sense software- saying its free of cost! where as you can get much better things online for free. They quote a lesser price but if you bargain well they go as low as 7-8k down.These simple reason they can do this is because they actually assemble the cheaper parts to there laptop from various sources. Go for authentic dealers only!!

Product purchased was good but the service provided by them is really bad. After the product is being delivered they dont even bother to have a single word with you.
