Very good doctors and our experiences have always been really good here. But their health checkup packages are expensive with no proper guidance.We spent almost Rs. 20,000 for 3 health check up packages for my family. We were most often on our own, not knowing where to go next and what to do. Somebody will help to get you started, but then you are on your own. There is no proper hand holding and you have to keep asking them what you have to do next. Very disappointed.Also, there is no proper guidance on which health checkup package you should opt for. I know it is up to us to choose, but there should be somebody to guide.Also, the lady technician who did our ECG wasnt masked up. On telling her to mask up, she wasnt very pleased. She was also rude and giving instructions in a rude tone like in some Government hospitals..Overall a thoroughly disappointing experience.

My experience with Sparsh is too good.Staff are truly caring and courteous. Thats what is needed for quick healing.Facilities are adequate and satisfactory.Food and medications are delivered timely.Admission and discharge formalities are simple.Recommend this hospital to experience the touch of life!

Extremely crowded, there a line/queue at every turn and corner. Absolutely no social distancing measures in place by the staff. Very long wait times even after booking a confirmed appointment.Overall the staff were very rude and unhelpful.

Sparsh is the best orthopedic hospital in Karnataka. Dr Sai Krishna B Naidu was save our life. He is one of the best Doctors here. Dr Sai Krishna is very friendly to everyone and a good human being.

I had such a bad experience going there. Last week went there with my wife because of high fever and as it was night I went directly to casualty but they didnt allowed us enter inside and they just suggested to take dolo 650. I dont for these they have opened the hospital. And then went to People Tree Hospital and she tested dengue fever positive. And what to say she recovered really fast and such a great experience I had from there.Sparsh is just a normal 100rs clinic.So I suggest no one goto this hospital, they will ruin your health.

Worst billing and insurance processing team. If you say you have insurance, they will give only sharing rooms by saying single rooms are full. If you are a cash payer, even though you beg for sharing room they will give only single room by saying all sharing rooms are full. I requested for single room, they didnt give me, but when i checked with other person who admitted same day they allotted single room thought he wanted sharing room because he doesnt have insurance. Nice strategy 👍

Visited your Yeshwantpur hospital yesterday for Covishield vaccine. We were informed that a minimum of 10 persons are required for full use of a single vial.In view of this, we had to wait for two hours until the arrival of the 10th person. But no issue. The front desk executive Mr. Arun Kumar was very proactive, patient and polite and handled the entire process quite well.One suggestion - The hospital should write to Govt.of India and the Vaccine Manufacturers to reduce the vial content from the present 10 persons to 5. This will help in reducing the waiting time significantly. In that process, wastage may also come down.

Was admitted for an operation and later in 3 share ward, felt the rooms were quite spacious and staff were all very jovial and lively to help.Doctors were hands on with the treatment and also encouraging in the recovery phase.

Was admitted for surgery and during the hospitalisation period, the experience at the hospital was good with timely diagnosis and recovery after surgery. The housekeeping and floor manager were very prompt in responding to any requests and kept the ward area very clean at all times.

For the purpose of COVID vaccination, this is one of the best hospital. Mr. Mhd Junaid, Transplant Coordinator at SPARSH Yeswantpur was really helpful during the vaccination process. He guided me and my family for registration and the process of it. After vaccination, he also gave a printed copy of the certificate as well as explained the process of downloading it by ourselves online. He was doing the same to others who came to get vaccinated as well, especially th elderly who did not know to get it done. It was amazing to see him do the same. The other staffs also were very cooperative and kind.

Costly hospital, charges are very high. Billing is not correct, it will be corrected only if we raise concern. Kindly go through the provisional bills properly and raise concerns immediately.. So that it can be amended and you can save some amount.
