Shop is good and the service give to customers is quite awesome..answered every query before purchasing product...finally got iPhone 11 that too at best price

I asked for the price of iPhone 12 there 3 to 4 times.. but they did not respond properly.. While there was no customer except me at 10 in the morning

I gave my first preferance to this showroom but I never purchased any of my apple gadget from here, coz of carefree attitude of staff, infact they dont really bothered u want to purchased or not, so the attitude of Manager, they must aware that there are many places in Nagpur where u can buy apple., ,,dont behave like ur giving free particularly the Manager, twice I gave my mobile number to them so that when the gadget availble they can call, but till today I didnt get any update, y should i wait for their call, I purchased from City mobile, dont tolerate rude behaviour of staff go for other showrooms, like aspire or city mobile

When the iPad Pro 2020 was released, I called them to inquire about the price, offers, and other details. They told me everything, and then when I went to purchase it the next day, they told me they didnt have it. Similarly, with the iPhone 12, there was just one colour available, so there are issues with stock availability. Before going, call and enquire specifically about availability; otherwise, they will tell you everything except that they dont have the product.

The product range is nice. Staff is friendly. It is really a sight for sore eyes for us techies.

Yet I visited here 3-4 times (including NGRT service centre which is behind INSPIRE retail shop). From appointment assistant to service engineers ,everyone helped me whatever the issues with I approach them. Even the the shop owner will respond to your emails in detail.Imp takeaway- 1) before approaching service centre DO TAKE APPOINTMENT. 2) before visiting INSPIRE retail shop make sure the shop is open and your desired product is available there just by making a CALL.

Best place for Purchase of Original iPhone

1. They dont put all the colours up for every different types of iPhone for display.2. They install pirated mac app softwares like Pirated Parallels etc when customers is paying for original software price charges.3. Plus when I gave my mac for formatting, they didnt even call to tell that it done & when I went there and checked they had not done major AppStore updates.(THEY DO HALF WORK)4. The person who was assisting seemed like drunk sleepy arrogant villager gawar. (VERY LAID BACK POOR SERVICE) & (they dont even offer to sit )5. They dont even keep customers macs carefully, (macs just lying left and right like pieces of dirt without protection, thus gaining scratches)6. They use childish like sticker which tells them what to do (which are tedious to remove) (very poor service) (HEIGHT OF UNPROFESSIONALISM)7. I didnt pay them ₹2300 for me to get a half work done mac with a tedious sticker for me to remove8. The person who was billing & assisting me asked my name & other details, when they had all the information they needed printed on the paper they had printed which they were holding at the same time . (VERY LAID BACK EASY GOING SERVICE WITH LOW IQ. EMPLOYEES)9. They had installed other mac apps on my mac without my permission.

Apple Products are good .. hope I could say the same for the buying experience from this store. The store employee should know how to talk to the customer.. the Payment desk was rude. Theres a Rs.1600/- price difference between the online and store prices. Still I bought the phone from this shop.

Very poor service.I have keyboard related issue in my iMac.when I visited service center..they told me to book appointment and come..since last 15 days I am trying to get appointment..no chance..My business lose..no support from Apple service center.when I contacted apple support..they told they cannot do anything..as service centre are service providers..they are not controlled by apple support team.Apple support team says only apple service center will help.I am in state of completely Helpless.. No option..just have to wait for another 2-3 months or years ..dont knowReally now I understood the meaning of Premium Support.

I wish i could give negative star rating. one of the worst experiences ever so far. I went(with an appointment) to get battery for my laptop (apple mac air) replaced. They said i have to leave my laptop + pay Rs14500 in advance as they have to order the battery and will take around 2 weeks. As i need the laptop to work from home in this Covid situation i asked if i can take my laptop as i could work with laptop charger connected, but i was told that its against their policy.A week later I get a call from them saying that your laptops battery is dead and needs replacing. we will order that today and should be available in next 10 days.It was already known that battery is dead and i paid the money in advance to get battery ordered and a week later i receive this call. I will have to work with my phone for another 10 days now. No point blaming the employees there because they say this is the process we have to follow.the service standard is not even close to what Apple actually provides. I would rather go to Mumbai and get my laptop fixed by Apple store than going to this shop.
