I am working here since 5 years as admin, I have joined here as a fresher now I am working here as a Sr. Admin Executive. I have learnt many things here. CEO is very enthusiastic regarding work and motivate there employee. Management and Environment of the company is very good. Company provides salary on time.

I joined Cryptex as fresher, Its an Amazing experience i have learned alot stuff also i have got many opportunities learn new technologies and work on that, company is good to start career.

Rating itself show it doesnt deserves it because company doesnt respect employees they treat as if they are paid for slavery, pathetic work culture and the so called CEO dont have eticates he always use word Dhanda in-spite of saying business...The working atmosphere is not at all happening every time everybody seems tensed because CEO every time doing micromanagement as he is having trust issue. Till now hardly few people left the office on a good note.

Its the worst company in nagpur with worst director. Specially for girls he dont have manners to talk. Zero management. Starts morning with anger and ends official day with anger. Working here will give only frustration coz you will always be asked what have you done why should you be paid. Comparing company with TCS wont give anything build a company with that standard. A ever frustrating director makes total work environment frustrated with no reason. Worst worst worst worst... If you see any good rating kindly ignore they are paid to give that good reviews... Better be job less than to join here and die your work enthusiastim

Horrible Director!! He does not care about their employees. He does not stick on one plan and he takes daily long useless meetings and will make you feel like you did not give anything to this company. He doesnt have a sense of how to talk with clients. I literally lost my enthusiasm for work because of daily mental torture. His favorite hobby is micromanagement!As you said you TERMINATED me for non-performance, why you did not leave me after 3 months of Probation period. Only because in that time period and after I continuously achieved my targets and give performance that meets your expectations.Targets will achieved when client gets quality of your work.Thanks :)

Good place for freshers to learn new technology.

Current HR is very rude. She have to learn how to treat employees who worked for years. I pray for the company. HR do not pick call. Do not give documents. Do not give salary. You can not replace SC (Ex-employee initial) in the company. She got respect because she was Iron Lady to admire. She earned it. Company is not earning because you are not taking care of employee. Take care of employees and work as a leader. Earn respect not curses.

Worst record from client side, company forcing employees to post good reviews & comment, dont be foolish,.. Directors are technically good but logical sense are not so good, unprofessionalism with client & phone response.

Its a good company, which provides the learning environment to the employee, provides the software services for Ruby on Rails.

The most unreliable company.After 3 rounds of interview they selected me for the position of project coordinator and asked me to join next week.Hr took unexpected leave for 1 week and in the meantime they selected some other person due to the miscommunication between Hr and other management people.It was a very bad experience, a complete waste of time and money( which I spent on cabs to attend their interviews).
