If in doubt, go with his opinion and you end up buying a product worth of the price.Also I would like to mention that, I forgot my card at the shop from which I paid. The owner was so kind to keep it safe and return it back when I was all worried looking for it.He despite not knowing me, tried to search me and inform me on messenger. I am very impressed. Pleasant experience with warranty service. Wheel of bag purchased here broke within a fortnight. Bag was already in Leuven, near Brussels, Belgium. Got a phone number and immediate response (on a Saturday too) from VIP in form of an email offering three options, including replacement of bag in India, refund of whole amount in India and supply of new wheel assembly in Europe with payment of charges to fix it onto the bag. Really appreciate the service!
