They are a good reality company. Their projects are well planned and executed. The security here is pretty good. This place is adjacent to their residential complex. There is a small park for kids to play. Parking is available in the few guest spots or there is street side parking too.

Worst construction quality. I purchased my first home with them however within span of one year noticed leakage, plaster came off, wooden skirt came off. Honeycombed concrete underneath kitchen bench. Made complaints but no one responded to emails, phone calls. Not at all recommended

Gated community. Well managed and quality infrastructure. Centrally located.

Pathetic experience.No possession and completion certificate till date..Loot in Adhoc and one time maintenance. Hidden terms and conditions.Stone throwing incident at Nayantara buildings in Nashik area. Absolutely not secure to live in the Society.Not recommended

Come to nayantara city 2 and check.. 3 years being on a 8th floor out of 10..theres is leakage in my flat, water drips even now at 3 locations.. Feel as if u r living in tin shed. Fed up.. Never recommend a nayatara house.. I m not the only one there are almost everybody.. Wherr the entire experience of buying a house is poor.. The day after you book an apartment you are trapped .. Nothing is on time, poor quality fitments, bad tile fitting, for such a big builder putting a lift is a problem even after its occupied.. The list may go on ... Look of another house because for us its our home..

Misbehavior of facility department people. Very pathetic and unofficial people.
