I have already make complaint to your customer care office site but I have not received any proper answer.I have live video of your gift pack opening box. As per your reputation of your company ,you should take immediate action against your mismanagement. you know that value of gift., not money ,value of love . If you have take any action against this mismanagement within 24 Hrs , I will publish an article on your mismanagement and fraud with your valuable customer.Very bad experience.
