Please dont ever go to this place. Counsellor here treats you like garbage. They think of themselves like some gods, who help people. Apparently they emotionally abuse you. THESE PEOPLE WILL TRAUMATIZE YOU. They dont provide any help. They just publish fake news claiming Bharosa cell helped many people. In reality these are narrow minded, uneducated monsters who cause more trouble to people seeking help.

Havent been to this place. But I know that the counsellors here are poorly trained unprofessionals who have no knowledge of counselling. Some of them even lack basic compassion and sensitivity and empathy. These people are totally unaware of ethical practices in Counseling

The WORST PLACE one can ever see.They are Not even Respecting RTI =Right to information act by the government. They Deny giving the copy of the complaint to the party against which complaint is made. Useless !They are least bothered to hear the voice of both the parties. All they can Do is Shout and yell at the people without knowing anything.Democracy gives the full right of freedom of speech but these people dont value the constitutional rights either. The just keep shouting and humiliating without understanding the situation. They treat innocent people like Criminals and a lot of injustice is all they can do. Breaking families shouldnt be the aim of a counselling center. Please NEVER Go to this place.

I dont know what the government is doing even after knowing the true face of this Bharosa cell. Some of the ladies staff and counsellors sitting there are very rude. They treat womens very rudely.A person goes to them when he/she is facing a problem. They should not treat like this.

Hi Everyone,Even i feel Bharosa cell is fake. counselor themselves are very narrow minded. i went there with my sister last year as she was facing issues in her married life. my sister had complaint about her husband and inlaws as they were not treating my sister well ( she was considered to be like slave and nothing else). she was also getting humiliated for dowry. but when we went bharosa cell, the counselor assigned to us asked my sister to bear with the things. there was a incident where counselor and my sister inlaws and husband were laughing at my sister and my sister was crying like anything. after the counselling my sister was asked to go with her husband and if she denies it, husband will go to court and you will not get anything. my sister had no other option but to go with them. after she went there her life became more hell than before and everyday she cries even more. we dont know what to do now

Very rudely behavior of all the ledis officers, They always taken actions on Innocent peoples. .

Worst experience, half of ypur day will be spent waiting.No priority.
