Billing time. One have to shop at ground floor and need to go 2nd floor for billing. You will found price tags are missing from many products. Only clothing products are worthy upto the mark. Otherwise it is totally mis managed.

2 star just for collection which is good and proper quality products.But the most irritating thing is they always keep there AC turned off.No air circulation!!In this times of covid, people come wearing masks, but feels suffocated.Very disappointing.

No ACs not even a fan was there.It was suffocating inside.And if I want to purchase any clothes which are on ground floor then I need to go on 2nd floor for billing.And finally after going on 2nd floor they tell me that they dont have online payment option like bhim or google pay.They only have card payment and cash payment options available.I cancelled my clothes and was disappointed with the service.

The staff there wasnt that cooperating. The stuff that was there wasnt too good that would intrigue you to have it. You know about it already so theres not much to say!

Wearing unbranded and cheap clothes does not meanyou are poor....RememberYoU have a family to feed,Not community to impress...

Due to late opening of stores after lockdown, they really dont have any new collection to see in the clothing section. Also, not every product is available in grocery section. Still for few things, I do prefer checking FBB or Big bazaar (a brand is a brand)

I am visiting today 16 june 2021 time 1.55 to 2.20 pm. No AC/Fann, careless employees with no care of customers wellbeing . People are standing in a long que for a long time wearing masks with sweat. And when i asked them they started misbehaving and wasnt really cared about the issue . There were little kids facing a lot of problem. With the heat and the manager was sitting in corner with a fan. With no sense of responsibility.3rd class service.. #shameonyou @bigbazaar

New Outlet in Nagpur. Staff is very helpful and variety of clothing for women, men and kids too... They just need to improve there billing counters.....

Why dont they run their AC ?? Its very hot there...

As state government has extended working hours for malls as well, I could see huge crowd with limited staff on floor which creates bottle neck on billing section even in weekdays

You can buy all products required for you home, with an extensive place buy clothes as well.

The service really needs to be improved! There is very less staff foe customers & even offers aren’t provided as promised. They literally fraud you by saying there’s an offer. No one greets on the counter too

Big two storey and all in one shopping store for west Nagpur residents. Clothes to vegetables everything available. Parking is risky as its on main road. Not too crowded because of pandemic. Not big discounts available.

You will not find all grocery items as well as clothes collection is not good in fashion bazaar

One must visit to do Grocery shopping here,Children section available here, one can buy shoes, t shirts ,shirts, jeans,polo tees here with discounted priceBrands like buffalo,dj&c ,Lee Cooper,etc are available here.Good product quality.All in one shop it is.Worth visiting for shopping for the daily needs, wears,day to day life products.

Currently they are having good winter collection with great offers. Trial rooms are closed and the staff is taking good precautions for covid so it is safe to visit

The counter representatives are not supportive. They take their job very casually. They take 20mins for 5 mins of work. Not helpful.

Its very humid here . I faced suffocation.

One of the worst place.Arogant manager. First big bazar employee said they will exchange the clothes as trails not available. Later after 1 day they said exchange is not allowed. When talk to manager he was very rude and was not ready for the exchange.

Big bazar , near IT park is a good & big mall, all measures they are taking about covid for public safety. New stock, also year ending sale is going on

Items are good. Availability is less due to pandemic.But very less staff. Section wise support is limited.Only 2 billing counters open irressspective of the people waiting in quee.Manager is least bothered about the customers.Needs improvement in management.

Very less staff as compared to festive season like Diwali;Access to basement is only through lift , no staircase access;Billing counter and washrooms only at 2nd floor.

This mall is good but not specious like big bazar in sitanuldi. Place is too much conjusted and for billing we have to go on top floor which is not good. Hope they will have counter in all floor.

Its a Big Commercial Complex and having big parking with Big Bazar in Ground Floor, various offices are on upper floor

Everything is good but In order to save money, mostly they do not start AC, due to which customer suffers from suffocation

I like this place for the variety it offers in garments. It has a good collection. The kitchen electronics are also available. Also you can purchase the monthly Kirana from here. Footwear is also available. So, everything under one roof. Good place for a shopping outing for family.

Looks more like a Tasty Treat bazaar with 80% of the the food product belong to only tasty treat brand with there packaging similar to other brands. Also for other brands product they are so limited with variety and items.Even there clothes section is so out of date with age old variety having modern day pricing. Also there is no paper bags available.Worst big bazaar ever seen.

Unprofessional staff. The floors r not integrated properly. The entire building is connected with one floor. Couldnt see the fire exit. It has huge carpet area without windows but the Air Conditioner was not working , hence had suffocating environment. Parking is charged, whereas Big Bazaar is earning from customer abroad large parkings are available free of charge. In spite of adverse remarks of public the management is not budging at all and continuing the business. This is there ego nothing else. Hope the management will render better services. GOD CAN ONLY SAVE INDIA.

Designed same as other outlets but have more advanced systems and is located very intelligently at IT park, surrounding other residential areas. A must visit.
