Supportive staff but does not maintian covid protocols. Coffee is hurriedly made and served.

Female Staff are very rude while talking. Male staff mostly doesnt respond and provide bill immediately. Have to ask two to three times and then later have to go and collect my bill on cash counter. Improper and disrespectful staff over here is the most negative point. When I asked them that atleast give the bill to customer as soon as they order, the staff replied in a rude way that what we will do of your bill , take it. That was literally disrespectful. And its not the complaint of 1st time but it was repeated again and again. Plus while ordering atleast they should greet customer like hello sir/maam , like happens in other CCD branch. A hell of an experience. Neither Ill go at VCA CCD BRANCH again neither Ill recomend this sadar VCA BRANCH TO anyone. 😠👎

Clean and good environment. Staff was friendly. My first day in Nagpur , I just wanted to spent some quite time and read a book. I searched for CCD. out of three CCD near me only one was opened. So I went there and ordered Americano, Spent few good hours read my book and came to hotel.

Mu sizzling brownie had a hair in it, I didnt even get a compensation. The food tray was not clean either.

Good place to hang out with friends or for a short meeting. Nearly, each CCD store here in nagpur does have quick service and cost of food and beverages are acceptable.Whereas, it seems they are reducing the numbers of efficient staff and they should take care of their furniture. As they have unstable tracks and worn off table surfaces.Else, everything is fine and as cool and laid back as usual for customers.

My paneer sandwich had a hair in it, which is not acceptable! When complained the girl said it must have come from outside. She later compensated us with a muffin. I think she presented herself well to the challenge! However, Café coffee Day, you have a quality issue!

I went for their signature gourmet belgian chocolate cold shake on the go...It was bad. It was low on chocolate. Not at all belgium chocolate. It was high on ice- crushed. Which made it more watery. It is priced quite high. But when it came to taste it was not worth it. It seemed as if they just wanted to finish off a customer. Ccd vca is one of the oldest ccds in nagpur. This kind of experince from them is highly unappreciated.I hope the chain takes note of this.

The manager rahul mahajan and his team is the worst team of VCA CCD nagpur. Their behavior is highly inappropriate, they do not have the manners to speak to a girl. CCD staff is supposed to be highly skilled rather they dont even have the basic etiquettes to talk to girls. Profanity was the key ingredient. Will never visit CCD wont ever recommend to anyone same in the name of VCA CCD nagpur.

Not good service, staff is not at all helpful. once our vehicle was parked in front of ccd, after having a coffee @ ccd there we noticed that someone has took off the keys from the vehicle which we forgot by mistake, even after cctv installed they didnt bothered to help even a bit.

It is one of the outlets that opens late in the night. takes the last order till 11:45pm. It also has outdoor sitting which allows you to enjoy your coffee with smoke. But the cleanliness of surrounding is an issue as its very clumsy.

They dont serve customers with RO water to drink in order to sell their way to expensive packaged drinking water, which is highly illegal as per FSSAI. Even the ordered coffee was cold too.

Ambience is good. Service is not great. Barista needs more training. When I asked for cheese garlic toastizza, I was asked if I need extra cheese because cheese garlic toast will not have cheese in it, instead as per the barista, it will be cheezy. Not sure what she meant by cheezy without cheese. Also payment was slow and coffee was okayish.

Personally I dont like the taste of coffee. When I asked for filter coffee, it was not that of taste which I earlier had with CCD only.
