Had over night journey and i must say it was very peaceful. Neat beds, and driver uncle was quite polite.

Charged extra for 1 Bag. The conductor looked that lady passenger is travelling with 2 bags and 1 box of 10 kg. He demanded Rs. 150 for 10 kg box from wardha to pune and has not provided the receipt for the luggage as well. This is rediculous and faced such issue first time.

Travel facilities are great. But stops at the hotel to dine. That hotel is too extravagant. Where on earth would the rates be ? The meal is not good. Travel agencies should keep in mind that your 2 peoples eat free food are a nuisance to other people...

Unprofessional bus staff. Bus didnt stop at pick up point. They asked us to carry all luggage and walk towards the bus through heavy traffic and muddy road. AC wasnt working. But the bus staff said its working . Only after 4-5 people complained, they started the AC.There are no light. Whats the use of installing lights when youre not providing the facility to the passengers. Paise deke travel karte hain. Fukat main nahi karte.Whoever is the owner, please travel in your own bus to see what third class service youre providing after charging the ticket!

The buses are at par with other a/c buses ,but for no reason they are charging 50rupees more than the other bus service providers like vijayant/nandan.

The buses run by them are of good quality. The stops are not hygienic and safe

Last I travelled with saini travels from pune to nagpur its very bad experience for me they change my seats for 4 times and staff picked random peoples in route and they started drinking in bus I think this bus is not safe for normal peoples I am not going to travel with saini travels in future

The bus driver was on mobile for 40minutes on 24th August between Buldhana and Jalana. The owner/ you may check the call details of driver. Was about to meet with major accident near buldhana, where opposite direction bus was over taking a truck and came in front of our bus and hit head on. I m the witness of the whole scene, you may check cameras. But some how by the grace of God that other bus manage to over take truck wth increased acceleration and miracle happened. Another thing is why the bus using a short cut road from akola to jalna. Actually they should come via chikli. Chikali never came in our route from Nagpur to Pune, I am still in the shocking mind state. Please investigate the issue and ask driver not to drive in high speed just to reach on time.

Pathetic bus to ever travel. None of the facilities are working nor the staff is decent.It was exoeexpe to reach ariaro 8:30 and I am still in bus . i had important meeting to catch in office. It hasnt stopped for toilet too rather miss behaved & used abusive words asking me to pee on roadside. Please dont suggest ut to anybody.

Today(2/2/2017) i Had very bad experience with saini nagpur travels. They are taking money for good service (means for suspension, A/C and safe driving), but I found non of these in their service.One thing intentionally I wants to mention they are driving very roughly.Had bad experience with driver.
