Purchased laptop charger Power cable. It was Chinese and even one month warranty not given. That cable exactly worked for twenty days and went out of order. I had to again purchase new one. I request owner to keep quality parts , charge for it. In this my purchase I wasted money. RAM also fixed from this shop, its working well.

Never ever buy anything form this store. I was sold a second hand laptop(with million problems) and they told me it was brand new. How do i know? The bill is dated in june 2020 but the online warranty in my laptop starts from march 2020 . The online warrants starts only when we first switch on the laptop. If you want proof email me but please dont buy anything from them . Their behaviour is not so good too . The one manager from ROG is so harsh and doesnt even talk with respect. This place has variety of computers and accessories and I am giving one star because the. Once you buy laptops and enquire here. Staff and owner talk sweet in front of you but when you left the place they abuse you in your back. They speak like customer are chutiya. This incident happened in front of me. They also misguide the customer if you are unknown or little known about laptops and pc.

Fraud shop never purchase from this shop i purchased many laptops and all laptops have some issues after only one week. This shop will sell you cheap and illegal product. And this shop owner says that they will give you warranty but after some issues arrived in your pc you will receive very bad response from the shop owner. And if any problem occurs in laptop their repair service person is not more active to solve the problem .
