Bus quality is good..But they dont follow passenger drop points as mentioned in ticket. Might drop you in no where in mid of the night

This is a fraud travels.....i am travelled nagbur to hydrabad...they are booked some illigal ways...and 1 sleeper seat selled 1200 rs for 4 peopls at the late night travel peopl....in a corono perriod it was happened....and the driver are very rude...and disrepectfull...use some unparliment words

Booked this from RedBus app for a 15 hours long journey from Hyderabad to Raipur. There should be at least 3 stops for using washroom. When I and some other passengers requested the driver for the same we had to bear with his very offensive behaviour. He used sentenses like chal na be mera chehera kya dekh raha hai. So pay 1500 rupees and get a load of abuses while raising a genuine request. Make you journey time 16 hours instead of 15 but include toilet stops for such a long trip. Personally boycotting Kanker roadways forever...

The worst experience of the bus journeyNo proper ambience, no proper service(no water bottle and no bedsheet), no hygiene (ants are biting), no response from drivers and assistance, and the main thing is not at all punctual

Worst travel agency possible. Its better to walk rather than travel on their buses. We got stuck om the way to hyderabad, drivers were abusive, bedsheets were stained and the pungent odour of bus was irritating.Literally WORST travel agency possible.

So bad experience in bus no 1166..Pura air conditioner ka paani seat p aa gya complaint karne p conductor ekdum ghatiya language me baat karte hai..Unko toh bas raste ki sawari se matlab rehta hai...

Royal ganraj travel nagpur walo ko baat karna nahi aata passengers and un ki family se rude and abousing word se baat karte h aur marpit karte h
