Not a Good Hotel for Family Stay. The rooms are not at all clean. towels/soap and other accessories are not good. Very old construction with bad ambiance. Only plus point is its nearby Railway Station.Lifts are not clean, everywhere you can see Paan, spitting marks.Supports staffs are localites who are in casual attire look like roadside Romeos.But a very good Hotel for 1-2 hours valentine day couples.

Nice place to stay in nagpur..... neat and clean rooms.... big size rooms....staff behavior is cool and helping... overall it is the best hotel in my opinion because it is near to Railway station......

No frills. Stayed for a night to crash between trains. 5 min walk from railway station. Nice room. Will get hot water on request from guy in reception. Good response.

The rooms are spacious but lags cleanliness. The sofas , curtains and the bathrooms are dirty with stains all over. food is average. But the fact that it is located near railway station is a great asset for visitors.

Cheap hotel, nice service and good staff. Only one problem is that they have not done any renovation recently nor are they doing any maintenance. The bathroom which I was using needed quite a work. All over ok ok.

I visited nagpur for the first time and I booked this hotel online in a hurry as other hotel rooms were filling up fast. Honestly this hotel really need to renovate their bathrooms ...the floor tiles, toilet was dirty and there was water on the floor of the bathroom as I checked in. The flush was broken, it was working but with great effort after pushing the flush key. The rooms light was not working as the switches were loose. There was a bad stench as I entered the hotel lobby at reception and as I took the stairs to first floor.Infact I had no choice to move out as I reached late and had to go for my official visit after an hour of arrival...Having said this must say that the staff was courteous, infact the receptionist Mr Datta helped me to arrange for a return ticket journey to Mumbai after my tickets were not confirmed in durunto.Blue moon is at a very convenient place ..infact close to railway station..if they need business from good customers, they have to renovate the hotel in a big way.
