This is the worst oyo town house I visited.. There are many mosquitoes in there room... Not good for family with kids.. They should get serious about Heath and safety issues as thire staff was suggesting to turn on Good Night chemical even after they know were having 2 month old with us.

The food of the in house restaurant was great! The rooms were clean, linen as well as bathroom will also get a thumbs up for cleanliness. A budget hotel with required amenities.

Hotel location is good. Hotel staff in reception needs a special mention for their warmth .they look like they are helpfull complimentary bf is good because of poha and bread toast need to improve in the taste of sambar

Staff is very cooperative and Polite. Breakfast is good but very much limited to two items. Classic Rooms are very small. Toilet and Bathroom are very very small. Bed mattress seems old and are not comfortable. cleanness and illumination needs improvement. No hot water in bathroom.

One of the worst hotel,,,, rooms are without window, not airy, scanty smell, food quality is somewhat good.. staff are not well mannered... in my 3 days of stay, I have to shift to another room in the midnight due to faulty electricity... AC not working... Breakfast is serving the room after 8am.. so if you go early, no possibility.. not an ideal hotel for family and business traveller.. neighbourhood is very bad.. overall bad experience with poor management.... Food bills you will not get... they will give assurance... plz check bills amount before paying... food bills charged is different from the menu card....

Single star also most valuable for this property..its a third class quality hotel..west of money & peacefulness is missing in this hotel. Food quality is very cheap, service & facility is like toucher level.. Request to anybody avoid to stay in this Hotel.. Never accept 103 Room if planning to stay here.

The rooms are shabby. Lacking of proper lighting in the room, no graser was available in the room. Tap connection in the bathroom was not in perfect order. Electric switch boards were not up to the standard and were so loose that while using, the board was in hand causing electric shock risk. Toilatories were provided only on repeated reminders. Keeping in view to above fact the rental is on very high side, it should have not been more than RS 600 per day.

Great place to stay! I booked it from Oyo so I got free unlimited breakfast buffer. This place is getting renovated so it was a bit untidy on that floor. But it was closed and the staff was amazing the room was very clean

The overall experience was horrible and there is ZERO supervision by the management on our management of the hotel. from the time of check-in till check-out it was a bad experience. Hotel needs to work ona) Overall Housekeeping and cleaningb) there is ZERO maintance and basic things like WC seat cover, lights etc are not repaired.c) Buffet Breakfast was the worst Ive ever had. Upma and Bread Pakora was on offer but both were cold and the staff said they cant reheat and have to consume whats available. The service was handled by one female trainee who was clueless on what to do. all guests were just complaining.. Buffet table did not have cutlery and had to wait.. d) Cashier at reception did not even have change of 500, Credit card machine was not working. settled the transaction on staff paytm no.e) Even during check-in, though I had paid for a deluxe room, I was offered a regular room but after I protested was upgraded to a deluxe room. the room interiors were quite basic and the restroom was just too small and created out of nowhere..can write more but I guess my message is very clear above..Since Nagpur was packed, we dint have a choice but most of the guests I interacted with were very dissatisfied but helpless. Of course the hotel did benefit with 100% occupancy but would they get us back as a repeat guest???? I doubt this..

Merits-location of hotel is onroad.Rooms are clean.Complementary breakfast was Wada pav & Chole paratha.It was good in taste. Demerits -Rooms are totally Different which is showing by hotiler. Rooms are very small in size.Bed are too small.Toilet is very small & earthworms are there.

Reached after a long journey, was greeted by damp room full of fungus, soiled dirty bedsheets and pillow cases which couldnt be replaced because they didnt have clean ones. Really disappointing experience.
