It used to be great when I was a kid. The authorities didnt paid attention to the maintenance. So it got deteriorated.Edit : Smruti now started as Buty Cineplex. The name has changed and also the services.Went here after a very long time and saw some positive changes.The premises is neat and clean.Canteen served quality food.But totally disappointed with the sound quality and the screen used.Also there are security cams installed inside the theatre.Parking space is good.Staff is also good.

Parking space is sufficient. Snacks counter is fine as they serves at lesser price than other movie theater. Need much improvement on the audio quality. No AC though. I would say if you want to watch movie at a very affordable price then consider this place. Place is at maintenance but everything is manageable. Theater seats are not that comfortable but at this price, thats fine.

Giving 3 Stars just because of ambiance is good seating is improved but... In theatre movies like Fast and Furious we want sound with big BASS ... Which is missing as well as you will need to bring Mosquito Racket with you as if you dont you will not going to enjoy the movie..Suggestions to buty Complex .. Please improve sound and picture quality you really have big auditorium.

Smruti Cinema in nagpur .one of the oldest cineplexes in nagpur is the leading entertainment complex today in the city. There are lots of things that are best here. Parking, Seating, Crew, Snacks and Beverages, Facilities everything.

The finest economical theatre in Nagpur. Balcony tickets at Rs.150 only. People, who want to see movie on big screen will love it being it a single screen.

Internal renovation is quite good. They recently changed the reserve seats. But, they should improve the sound system more. Balcony rates are quite high.Otherwise, watching movie experience is good.

Good when you are broke- comfortable seats, good quantity of popcorn, etc. It is certainly not too expensive. The crowd was okay-ish. There are many mosquitoes which the owners must work on. There is no AC either, which is not a big problem because the theater is pretty airy and cool.

The sound system is good here. Parking is available for two and four wheeler. Balcony, reserved and first class are three sections in the theatre.

Its a remake of the old theatre, smruti, so an old lady dressed in new wedding attire. So enjoy the movie. Ignore the rest. So much stairs to walk in balcony.

Not that great in comparison to PVR. Still one can watch movies at cheap price. Seating arrangement in lower house is not that great. Although upper class house is well maintained. Watched a movie there but a foul smell was there due to improper cleaning of the theater floor. Lots of improvement still required in terms of quality and facilities provided to the customers. ✌️

Located near Liberty cinema it was initially known as Smriti theater. The balcony is huge with very comfortable seating arrangements. Ticket is also pocket friendly as compared to Multiplexs in Malls. Parking space is ample. You may book ticket online at Book my show. Earlier it was routinely used for Carlsberg film festival organized in Nagpur city, though dont know the present status. Overall a good movie theater.

After recent renovation, chairs are good with better cushion. However theater is still old, you can not get audio video quality like PVR.

This is a great single screen cinema. I love watching movies over here. I have been here on several occasions. I have lot of memories attached to smriti cinema. Its got a different appeal and ambiance. If you do love single screen cinema or a different cinematic experience. Its a must go.

One of the best single screen theatres in Nagpur. It provides good cinematic experience. But still theres a scope for improving cleanliness in toilets. It doesnt have any 3d screen.

Just like every coin has two faces so does this movie theatre, if you have enough money to go to PVRs then you dont need to bother about this cinema, but if you belong to categories like school or college going students then this place is for . There are three types of sitting in this theatre and the rates varies from 40, 60, and 90. The 40 and 60 sitting are on the ground floor while the 90 rs sitting provides you a balcony view. Suggested and suitable if are going with your friends only(for boys) and if you are going with your family or girlfriend then try other cinemas as the crowd also varies from poor to decent depends upon your luck and the movie.

We Took A Ticket Of Balcony And Surprisingly The Scree Was Good , A Little Dull But It Was Amazing. Sound Was Aslo Nice . Only Crowd Was The Issue. You Can Come With Friends Not Family. As There Are People Who Have There. own Way Of Enjoying. But This Is Firsy and last time i am Going here .

Its a nice theater in cheap rates. It is big and have great structure but the sound quality is somewhat low. But if you ignore the sound quality then its perfect place.

I never seen this type of bad cinema hall in my life till now.. very bad quality sheeting arrangements was there.. old type of chairs was there and these also in not good quality..I hope u got my point what I wanna say..

I visited this place to watch Avengers endgame, Google maps location is very inaccurate about this place I was roaming nearly 200 metres for this theatre. Parking charges is very high rupees 20 for two wheelers. Overall cinema is good. Just like a single screen

Earlier it was known as Smriti Talkies at the heart of the city. It was very famous among college going students as there are many educational institutions in the nearby area. But unfortunately the Talkies was not renovated with time and so the response of audience was also fell down. After a short break down time the Talkies came back to public domain with few renovation and modifications. But still I personally feel that thses changes are insufficient to pull the crowd. Now a days the Talkies is running only because of its prime location only. I will request the administration of this Talkies to take more steps to improve the quality of the service.They charge for parking also however it is unlawful to charge for parking by a movie theater. Apart from this they are also compiting in prices of food they serve ,with multiplexes.

Guess what! the affordable Theater to watch your favorite movie, if youre planning to see movie here book balcony tickets, seats are comfortable and gives good view of the screen! Enjoy!

The theatre is as like its ticket charges. Its all waste. Cushions, chair comfort and the audio is all a degraded and discomfort. I have personally felt really bad experience. If you have sole purpose of saving money, this theatre is for you.

Before multiplex era, Smruti Cinema was one of the best single screen movie theater in Nagpur.For now its just average budget Cinema hall. Ticket price is less compared to other multiplex.AC is not there (I guess).

Visited after many years not changed much, has been renovated but cannot expect the feel of a multiplex..seats are little comfy as compared to the earlier seats they had..they should have more food counters. Best thing is the location and huge parking.

Reasons for 2-stars :-1) No Air Conditioning2) Uncomfortable Seats - The spacing is very less from the next seat. Hence, cramped feeling.3) Management - The movie was WAR (2019) which was to begin at 9:30 am which was then stated to start at 12:30 pm (Here ia a cache... The movie started at about 12:15 pm with no one having any clue if the movie has started... So the beginning 10-15 minutes of viewing spoilt)CONCLUSION - HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

The cinema hall right now is closed for everyone in the city. The lease agreement is expired hence no movie are shown here... The parking place is open now for public at the same place ..Ample opportunity for Nagpurian to park their vehicles in congested area of Sadar.. Earlier it used to be Hot and lovable place to watch movies ..It was an air conditioned hall with lots of place for place for kids to play...and lavish snacks ...

Never ever visit this theatre with your family. Uncomfortable seats, dirty, no water in washroom, worst sound quality, and list goes on. Either this theatre was bad or my day.

Good cinema hall as long as we are only talking about cinema halls (excluding multiplexes). Prime location. The after movie ice-cream or smoke are just a stones throw away. Getting in and out might be a problem on weekends.
