Good Food, Good Service, Great Ambiance. Best place for family.

Outside ambience is good but due to plants you will encounter mosquitoes which will irritate you though the staff on request will light anti mosquito sticks. Taste of snacks was satisfactory and were not hot. Mocktails were also satisfactory. Main course was also ok. Soup was good. Staff is courteous. Wasnt so impressed with food but property is huge and you feel comfortable with family and kids but for that weather should be favourable to sit outside. AC sitting is also available. Due pandemic presently its open from 12 to 5 pm.

Visited on 2nd October with family... chicken manchow soup and all other dishes were too yummy...Nice ambience... Superb staff... everything perfect...

An amazing place providing you indoor and outdoor tent sitting , with live music on Sundays. The food is very nice here. Loved the mutton finely cooked and literally melted in mouth. The food is flavoursome and presented very well. You must throng this place with your gang or relative if you plan to go a long drive and drool over delicious food this can be a great choice. Not a bad move to bulid a offbeat restro on a Butte and name it as a Kasbaa hill!An entrance, the decor and the glitter after stepping in is fascinating. The whole left hand side is soothing, elite and glassy! The front side portion is more florid and magnifying! The area occupied by this restro on so called dune, is half the size of cricket ground! Ive visited Kasbaa hill on the eve of FIFA finale. So the big screen was vividly showcasing the finals!Lets hop on food part! Ive ordered crispy veg sizzler, crispy corn, hot and sour soup and Dal khichadi along with masala papad!Masala which is to be pour on papad was given separately!Food was served hot as we expected during monsoon! Quantity was passable. Just a crispy veg sizzler was bit briny! Food was served fresh and FIFA with food was a relishing moment!Here comes the service part:- service is very fast. They dont even know the chronological order to serve the food! The feeling of getting flummox makes a room in mind because of their over speeding! Staff is courteous and polite. Yet a bit polishing is beseeched! One incident took place:- They were mandatorily serving mineral water without even asking for a regular one! I objected it because in India its a rule to give free H2O in restaurants! So they admitted and confessed that their purifier went berserk! Though I paid for mineral water, it was awry on their part to charge me initially!Ill steadfastly recommend to visit this place once, to folks who love to fress on outskirts of Nagpur! Just outside the city, this is a wonderful option for a nice dinner. You have big screen if you like to watch football or cricket along with you drink. Taste is also good. A bit on the higher side on rates but overall its worth it.

Worst service i have ever seen.We booked table yesterday itself but when we arrived the manager was rude and kept telling us that no table booked by my name.when i showed him the call history he directly told me that this was not his contact number. Then they checked their call history and recording and gave us table which has not even a proper sitting. The manager was rude and was not ready to accept his fault.Guyzz just dont go by pictures they have worst service and worst staff specially their manager.

Food and service is very good. But the real icing on the cake is the ambience. Its an awesome location at the hill top and having sprawling lawn and private dining areas. Each dining area is non-intrusive to another so you have ample of privacy to enjoy your dinner with loved ones.

I had such lovely experience that I cannot express. There may be alot of fine dining restaurants in Nagpur, but I must say my experience at kasba hills was amazing. For those who may get confused about the location, it is adjacent to chokar dhani (basically the entrance is through chokar Dhabis parking). Its spread over a huge space and had a lot of seating. Almost all the tables were reserved for friday night, so remember to call and make an reservation on weekends. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The have a very limited menu and they serve continental as well. The food was delicious, must try the house specialities. Also had live music that day. Its a must visit.
