Very bad experience we had this time specially the staff.. I am having so many specs from this store before... The previous staff was too good.Right from entry till showing n taking order the current staff were so rude. Even were not willing to show. We reached at 7.0pm as closing was 8 but required to request to enter. Pathetic experience.. Would never visit again.The staff also said Haan daal देना review..

The eye testing guy SHUBHAM is done my eye check up very greatful and fetanstically,Actually I was in lens to purchase eyeglasses one for distance and near, he gives me a advice to wear a progressive lens which all and help me on pc too, and shubham is very kind person by nature he help me a lot to choosing frame till the order finalized, he also gives me a discount for that I really appreciated, and whenever I went to lenskart Pratap nagar store he treat me and felt like family member. So over all it was a good experienced with lenskart and shubham also, I will honestly suggest to lenskart team each lenskart store has employees like him so that company will grow...

Shubham is very courteous warm and a thorough professional..He is Very helpful.. He conducted all the tests with so much patience and warmth and made the visit a wonderful experience..Shubham guided me a very well about the spectacles and the lenses Features and quality .. So dishearten with the staff ! They disrespected us like no one else before ! *shopkeepers must value there customers but here at this store they keep on humiliating us !*For the first time we visited, the man was so rude and arrogant we just ignored all his behaviour and didn’t matter it that much.. then for the second visit the lady (who was along with the same man as our last visit) was again with such rude and irrespecutful behaviour with us.. really my heart was so dishearten we had selected our two frames and were so excited and confused between three of them but that lady continuously showed her rude gesture and un polite nature ! When I replied to her leave it then if they are just not interested we will buy from any other lenskart store then the man also started talking rudely to us.I haven’t had such bad experience ever from a staff..! Don’t consider us something great but Atlst we must be respected and treated in a good way.I felt so ashamed was with my family member but we both left the shop feeling really humiliated.. !I really loved the two frames but if there are persons like them then neither me nor my whole contact circle will go there and this way I guess such shops will get ended from the market circle !Really improve the staff make them realise there mistake because such act from them kills ones mood and dishearten our mind !!( make them realise bcz the staff was such they don’t care and will not have any impact even if we didn’t buy or came to there shop ever again, they themselves said go to dharampeth branch then there the staff would show nicely )

Very strange behavior of the lady at the gate, she was not allowing us to enter the shop as there was no crowd. i think pratap nagar nagpur lenskart is not interested in doing their business never seen such behavior of employees in any store i would not recommend anyone to go this store. Very rude behaviour from staff. They are not interested in doing business I guess coz they not even took me inside because I reached there at 10:30AM and their closing time was 11AM. So I preferred going to a shop just 400 mtrs away and got a good service there.

Lovely staff and wide variety of products available. Very helpful and co-operative.

Instead I need to called them for the assistance and for the assistance part they did not even tried to show their collections instead just showed me 2-3pairs thats it. I am trying to contact the store (Matte Chowk, Nagpur) but no one is picking up the call. Is it open or not?? Because its showing open status on google business page.
