Good Place for Birthday parties, Ring ceremony etc.

Loved the hotel.Ideal for marriage and other functions.But catering is very slow in working.About the management and cleaning is the best.Enjoy the stay.But yeah 1 more thing rooms are cleaner and safer to use.

I have faced very bad experience here. The taste what I expected it was just a raw spices added and served. I suggest to not visit over here. Very poor taste and staff behaviour.

Good Hotel with good foods

Visited for an acquaintances marriage.Nice place.Quite far from city centre but compensates for it in other factors.The hallway is quite elegant and picturesque.Halls are well lit with beautiful chandeliers.Theres also a garden in the backside.Large enough in size.The food they offer has a good variety coupled with good taste.Nothing to complain about.

An aging hotel, with poor housekeeping. The front office guys are a bunch of thieves. The guy in the night shift almost made me miss my flight by citing that printer is not working, and hyping up the Bills...!

This is a hotel located close to metro station. The complementary breakfast in the restaurant gives a buffet which is rather modest but well made hot Dosa etc. is available. Rooms are well furnished and good sized. Five stars due to value for money.

Food serving time is too long and chinese food is not up to the mark. Ambience is good, you can enjoy the live guitar while having dinner. Overall a good place to have a dinner

Good specious room. Clean also. The AC of the pick up car is not working for a month. The room AC did not work in 2 out of 3 nights. Food is good, especially the breakfast buffet. But service is poor. 2 bottles of mineral water costs Rs. 84.

5 stars for the staff and the service. Booked this hotel for 2 days for my wedding, it was a smooth and pleasant experience. I occasionally visit the place for its tasty food.Theres a bar in the dining area and during weekends theres live performance on karaoke by professional singers. Must visit for the food, ambience and the awesome hospitality.

One of the best Hotels in Nagpur. It has proximity to MIDC Hingna Industrial Area. Also the restaurant is one of the best in Nagpur.

Good food and the sikh staff are extremely good, these sikh boys give a taste of hospitality of the pind da guest. Can be tried out once atleast, paneer prep was good. Need to improve on your dessert.

My experience for this hotel was wonderful. I use to think its must be very expensive restaurant but the rates are quite reasonable than it seems. For 6 people our bilk was under Rs.1000. They even have a Power Lunch Buffet for Rs.450 + Taxes.The staff is very polite well mannered and well trained. Ambience is very beautiful and clean. Food is tasty and service is good. Like I have ordered Butter chicken and Naan for 6 people, the order came under 10 mins. So for such fine dine restaurant it is a very fast service. Hotel Heritage Embassy located on hingna road next to hingna MIDC. This hotel is 15-20minutes away from Nagpur railway station. Approx 20min away from Nagpur Baba Saheb Bhim rao Ambedkar. Good clean hygienic room. All rooms are fitted with led TVs. Hot n cold water available. This hotel has nice banquet hall name allaya. Staff is very friendly. Hotel has restaurant on ground floor name oasis which serves wide range of continental. Chinese n Indian cuisine. This hotel used to have bar which is closed due to new norms by the govt.

I deeply regret to have trusted the Brand so much! I gave my phone to them to put it on charging only to find out it was missing by the end of the party, which was basically stolen by one of the staff member as no outsider was there. The distance between my college and hotel is 38kms and it costed me around Rs2500 to go back and forth twice. I had to lodge a complain in the police station,buy a new sim etc etc and not to forget the two sleepless nights for a student who lost a weeks old OnePlus 2 phone which was my placement gift.I got the phone by some random thief who came on a bike wearing a helmet and kept it on top of varshas(GM Hotel Heritage Embassy) car. that thief just happened to know which was her car. After receiving a call from varsha that she has found my phone i went to the hotel. Although she said she would like to find out who was the thief she showed a very bad attitude saying ab toh phone mil gaya hai na when i said it was really bad experience.I had asked for CCTV footage (which by the way GM does not know how to take out) was not given to me.Giving all types of lame excuses. I seriously feel they must have found out who was it and it was all a ploy. I demand an Investigation on this matter by the heads of the Management!

Hotel is in MIDC zone.Average interior.staff Not Good not bad.Food is slightly costly when we compare price and taste and quality of the food.Live Music is played here in evening time.i Think Management could have make a better utilisation of this prime location(by offering more lavish hotel in terms of interior atleast)

There is no professionalism in the hotel. Service is far off from expectation. The property looks nice but it is a bad idea to stay here. The washroom was stinky. The Centralized air conditioning didnt seem to work. The F&B service was good. The biggest disappointment were the Front office staff. I think training is a problem. I asked the staff if they want to make the profession as their career to which the answer was no.

When I checked in I asked for single seater room, the receptionist told me there is No Single Occupancy Room in the hotel. So I have to get double occupancy room. But while checking out, I came to know there are many vacant single occupancy rooms. I have to pay unnecessarily extra money for that. This is clear malpractice.

One of the Best Hotel in Hingna. It also have a Banquet Hall for arranging Conventions, Parties, Ceremonies, etc. Interior of this hotel is so good & ample space for parking is available. This place has a service road connected with Main Hingna Road.
