I am staying in this hotel from last 2 years approximately. But instead of improving, this hotel getting worst in terms of amenities and service. Since last 2 stays, I have observed that in most of the rooms TV is not working. Wherever it is working only free channels they have subscribed. No other channels are subscribed. If you ask the staff to bring some goods which are available nearby they will demand Rs 50 extra ( other than cost of product) every time.Neither they have buffet breakfast.food quality is not up to the mark now a dys. One star is given only for the space of the room. Previously it was good hotel but now it has turned to worst. Room service is getting worse day by day. This is my last stay to this hotel. Here onwards I will not recommend this hotel to anyone because evey time I suggest them improvement areas and I have found none of them improved in last 2 years.Insted if improving they are going towards worst.

This was My first experience and it was good one. Everything was perfect rooms were near and cleans. Staff was soo co operative and Everything is at your door. One should definitely try asian inn at least once.

The reception of a hotel needs to be the best, as that is your 1st perception about place, but the hotels reception is pretty rough at greeting you. I was totally ignored by the person as he was busy playing his game on his phone. Room is good. Bath room has a leaky hand shower and the stands for holding toiletries are badly soiled. Toilet roll has not been replaced with a fresh one still, it was exhausted on the 1st day of my stay. Could have been much better but disappointed with the ignorance towards customers.

Location is very near to CA road, gandhibaug, market area.room in big, cleanness and neatness is upto the mark, preferred for business traveller , short staygo for it.. best one.

The service quality was good. We recommend this hotel if one needs to stay near the railway station. We have a specific need for Jain food and the hotel staff, thankfully for us, did a splendid job. We had a small concern with a room and the hotel promptly changed it for us.

Hotel Asian Inn is a very centrally located budget Hotel and excellent value for money. Even though the approach is not very good but once you reach the Hotel, inside its OK. Rooms are clean and comfortable and quite neat and clean. The service is also good, however the food is a little spicy

A very bad place. Would never recommend this Hotel to anyone.I checked in here in the morning to freshen up and leave for my official meeting.1. Went into the room and found no toilet kit, not even a towel in the bathroom. and when I called for the same, I was asked to wait for 10 minutes.......made multiple calls and kept getting the same response of 10 minutes even after 1 hour. (got it only late evening after I returned back).2. AC did not not work and when reported, was told that the main switch is outside the room and they would switch it on. That also was done late evening after several requests.3. There was no menu in the room to order for food. There was no information about Internet (wifi name and password).4. You have to call multiple times to get anything.5. Wifi was available without Internet (in the morning, came later on).6. Food I ordered went to some other room and finally after doing the rounds came to me.7. Asked for coffee with sugar (specified it and got it confirmed when I ordered) and when I got, it was without sugar. Then called again and asked for sugar, then sugar came with nothing that I can stir. Then had to call again and asked for a spoon or a stick to stir, then finally was set right on the third attempt (for just a coffee).8. Unable to lock or open the room. This requires expertise and special skill which is possible only by their staff. (you have to call them if you leave or get in).

I stayed first time in this hotel.Although my stay for 2 days but I stay only one day due to Nagpur city completely looked down due to Covid 19 virus crisis but I love to visit again.Service with regard to room, house keeping and reception is awesome.Food is good.

I have stayed in this hotel during my official visit at NAGPUR. I must say this hotel provides a very comfortable stay and delicious food. But the food option is restricted to vegetarian only. Landry option is also there. This is not far from Nagpur railway station and market place. Room service facility and 24 hr. hot water is available.

Was here for just 13hours on a tight schedule and budget.Had a friends wedding to attend at Rajwada palace which is just a stones throw from this place.Decent rooms. Nothing too fancy or posh, neither did I have the time to experience any. Very good hotel in mid range...definetly Value for Money...Nice spacious & clean rooms than the other hotels in Nagpur.....clean and modular toilets... Nice food... quick room service.... very good house keeping... the Room rent is decent and infect low than the most of the same mid range hotels. The only small drawback is its location. it is situated little 200 meter away than the main road on small approach road. Definitely recommended to anybody coming to Nagpur for stay...

Only small soap and Shampoo pouch provided. No towel, No napkins, No Refrigerator, No Kettle, and other imp things which other hotels usually provides. Hotel location is also issue. If location is not an issue then I would highly recommend this hotel. Rooms are well maintained, clean, well ventilated and spacious. All basic amenities are available. Unfortunately WiFi stopped working after sometime.

The rooms are bit expensive if you go to the hotel directly. Go for Goibibo or MakeMyTrip for better offers.Its close to the railway station, Empress mall is just 5mins walk from the hotel. The rooms are decent and the staff are well behaved. The only thing which bothered me was when I tried to order anything, they do not have it. Be it a soda, cold drink, juice or even tea.

Bathroom is clean , room is clean. Non ac is sufficient during july to Feb.. compact rooms with decent room service. Lift is available. Safe and good place for couples. Parking is available. I even got my punctured tyre rectified by the staff, but he asked 120 plus 80 for the repair. Tables in the room had a dust layer. I stayed 12 to 12 and booked through MMT for 1220. Hot water is available for bathing. Food charges are moderate.. i never tasted anything though ,so couldnt guarantee on the quality and quantity.

It was an ok stay .. nothing great! The room I stayed in had a lot of cigarette smell! Was expecting a dental kit.. did not provide any. Asked them about breakfast at 8:00 AM and their exuse was that they are still preparing it ..

The service was great. The infrastructure of hotel is amazing as well. Location of the site is pretty much in city too that gives ease to reach. Overall experience has been good.

Hotel is good for stay but please be aware that they do not agree to the negotiatrd rates while checking out and billing.They charged me unnecessarily going against what they had committed about special room tariff.I didnt wanted any embarrassment neither I had the time to create a scene as I was getting late for my train.One person negotiates while other person bills and they lies straight face. Really bad.Ill not visit this hotel ever.

Average hotel with average food not liked the taste

Location is in the interior side of Central Avenue Road which is well inside the city. The staff are slow in service. The room was left uncleaned after day one of stay. They didnt bother with providing a fresh towel the next day. They were not willing to provide the GST Invoice for the stay. Did not consume any food during my stay. Rooms were okay but shouldve been cleaned better.
