Worst experience! They charge you even to convert ur normal sim to nano sim, other retailers doesnt ask for money to convert normal sim into nano

Dont go here. They will loot you even for free services like getting a nano SIM. I wanted to change my normal SIM to nano SIM for my new mobile. Getting nano SIM is free of cost by Airtel and doesnt require any documents. But here, they asked me for Aadhaar Card, Pan Card, Photo. After checking their system they told me that they cant give me nano SIM because my fathers name is not present in their system and they will have to generate new service number, after that I will get a postpaid connection (though my SIM is prepaid) & after 3 months I can shift to prepaid if I want to. For all this, charges will be ₹250. Hearing all this I made an excuse and left this store and went to Airtel Authorized Center at Ashoka Square which is only 2 Kms from here. They didnt asked me for any documents or charges. Just gave me new nano SIM packet and asked to send the new SIM number to Airtel for shifting my connection to new SIM. Now I will never refer this store to anyone.

Lame, uninformed, unenthusiastic. They dont have full information of the plans. Telephonic customer care and the store representative are not on the same page on airtel plans, tariffs, etc. Expressions on face indicate that they are not interested to entertain anybody. They try to multitask with no quality and efficiency. Customer becomes irritated by their internal gossips, guffaws, etc.

Worst service by Airtel ever. Always begging for money for every service. If I have network issues swap the sim. Swapping cost 100 Rs. Other service centre are giving free of cost like idea Jio Voda.When they have there network problem then why we have pay the money. I always face this issue at this service centre.

Pethethic service illetrate staff . Lazy and lost. No solutions till date . In the name of airtel they are running a private shop.
