Parsel recevied on 7 oct morning at 6.38 (as updated on your tracking site)but still not received my parsel

Average surface speed is 200 km per day.. Delhi to Nagpur it took 5 days...

Delhi to Nagpur by Air it took 5 days (Still they didnt contacted as its our duty to track to call and to fetch the parcel). Being Frank DTDC provides worst services in Nagpur.
