Colony is good, but some of internal roads are in bad condition. Society garden is very good for walk, even gym and recreation hall is available. Over all good society to stay with CCTV cameras installed. Many functions are happening in society Sai Temple on various religious occasion. Open gym is there near temple with 150-200mtr track to walk.

All good flats with lift and security.... good homes..also contains row houses...

Area is very silent and beautiful to stay.. just little away from city but easily accessible to all aminities. You need to travel hardly 10 min to reach big Market place.Construction quality of builder is worst. With in 2 3 years this area will be considered as good locality.

As i heread ita a builder 1 big canstruction. but everyone to have our selfeanalysis. so I think they make a good changes right now also for there customers. becoz it they are happy then his business will definately upgreates. i recently watched the place and i like their thinking of sepration of homes with nice Neighbours family thoughts.But I am watching this Problems1) Its very important to complete our commitment. so, 2-3 years completed still Roads are not made completely good condition please do that.2)Maintain Mandir area clean i feel god is alone. grow trees and sitting arrangement there.3)Garden area freshnes not maintain.4)servey all residence and fing out and solve their canstruction problem if its on your logo.At mahal the Ratan Society is also the same but truely maintain in good condition...please visit and improve our society

This is actually a society named Techops city..there are two phases. It near sanjuba high school. A good place but its not much developed. Area is also not much developed.

A decent place at the outer side of Nagpur on umred road near sanjuba high school...But yet it is not fully complete 4-5 years gone but still there are no pleasent and safe roads in the township and there are no amenities like other townships in Nagpur offering (swimming pool, playing area, lawn area) nothing is there only the houses...

Its roads r nt maintained but the banglows were amazing and spacious

Its O.KIts a first project of the company as per my knowledge. They did lots of mistakes. Biggest were drainage problem. Quality of construction is not up to the mark. Not value for money.But residential is good. Clean society. Ppl are nice educated most of them. Wide roads. You will find children playing around. Happy, calm surrounding. Connected to umred road. Grocery , vegetables easily available. All facilities which one wants to live are available around.

Good locality for students as it is very near to good school and college. But lacking proper water facilities. Silent area as outside the city, but soon is gonna be within it.

So Poor quality constructions.Whatever the commitments are given at the time of booking are not followed.Seepage problem is common in all flats.Curing is not done at all.Only one positive thing is that scheme is easily accessible from main road.

Techop city is good place for living but its very far from city nd lake of water availability is also there but its nice place

Nice place for living .But problems are 1. availability of water ,no tap water ,ground level of water is more below . 2. No play ground for childrens 3. not comes under NMC. 4 much far from city.

Roads are in very bad condition. Drains and sever lines are blocked. Heavy water logging during rains on roads.

Nice bunglows in budget but the quality could have been better of bunglows as many in society complained about the low construction quality 👷🚧.Area is good, 15 mins to City, Water facility has been improved as heard from my last visits.
