Calling this guys is waste of time. I called them to make a purchase of charger without understanding full query just replied call customer care and cut the phone off. Very rude as if I made a crime calling them. Please spare ur time and avoid this palce.

Really poor service and no professional conduct shown by staff. The phone pick up and drop off doesnt work. You need to stay in a queue on the road in the sun even if you want to collect your phone from the centre. They sent me a message and confirmed that my phone (S21 Ultra) was repaired. After going there and waiting for an hour in the scorching heat on the road I finally got my chance and the service rep told me that the phone wasnt ready and didnt even care to apologise. I didnt expect such kind of abysmal service from such a reputed brand for phones that costs more than 1 lakh INR.

The staff is very humble and always ready to help.

Worst service provider. They completely spoiled my phone instead of repairing it and at last they were demanding 7000 rupees  from me only for repairing the fault made by the staff of their service centre. I mean how they can ask me for money for their own mistake its very shameful thing. They not even deserve one star after such behaviour. I will not recommend to visit this service provider.
