Absolutely disgraceful service. We have been trying to contact the agent and office, both say—we will come today. But they just waste time. Poor Service. Don’t waste your time with them.

I have been there as a walking customer and after I placed some urgent order firstly the changed rate for urgent case but I’m ok with that. But after all this next got a bubble in new carpet , I tried to contact them regarding same but there is no further response from them x with just one ans WE ARE LOOKING INTO IT.So if u need after sales service please go for some bigger brands who is responsible enough to solve your problems.Dont go reviews which are just a one or two line they are just for show. Ask for the pics of good work.I promise they are not able to show.Still you are in hurry so hold some payments to get service from them.

Quite expensive but surely better than its neighbouring shop they havent committed to work which they couldnt complete on my given deadline which is good as it doesnt given me false hope ..! But its neighbouring shop committed me and even after paying half amount as advance they didnt do my work on time which is very unprofessional and even after calling 15 times a day they didnt do. If i would have known i would have preferred walltex

I dont have more than 5 stars datswhy I have to stick to 5 😂😂😂😂😂. All the executives at store are very polite and of helping nature. The kind of services given was excellent both at showroom and while installation. Rates are very cheap and can be compared wid others. Quality of grass is very good and have real grass feel. The designs which were in our mind was executed perfectly. Thanks to Mr. Gaurav and WALLTEX team for giving such a wonderful services.
