Dont try anyone , project is not registered in Rera inspite of having 11 flats in building. As per law any building having more than 8 flats compulsory has to be registered in RERA.He will deal with you and also deal with others keeping you in dark.Builder will not give you agreement which require for bank loan. Builder talk many things but when comes to deliver he run away.He wants all difference money before making agreement on 100 Rs stamp paper, which is not registered agreement. And when bank need agreement builder will runaway.
