The class of people to healthy neighborhood is missing. People spit on staircase walls, Dries cloth in lobby, Have clashes for shaded car parking, People park even commercial taxis, Building maintained poorly, Inconsistent society meet(Least bothered) and most important is No corporation water available(Oldest building of this area). So I would suggest to build your own house in this area as people are not that civilized/Matured to stay in Apartments.
