Poor Customer Service, Dont purchase from this Store. They just give you offers and discounts. I purchased an AC on 14th August. AC installation done today on 26th August. Ive paid installation charges which also includes GST. They ask for more money for installation; these charges they dont even mentioned while doing sales. Poor communication skills.These people are spoiling Reliances brand name.Pathetic service, they are arrogant (People from ResQ Service Team).If you buy products from a Local Vendor; he will be more loyal and reliable .

I request you not to buy from reliance store. It is waste of time and also waste of money.They just forgot to deliver the order after payment also customer service is very very bad also poor communication. They give you different reasons for not delivery.and they do forgot the customer after payment.

All the brands are available here at affordable and discounted price. First class covid precautions are taken by the employees. The staff is very helpful, kind and knowledgeable. I loved the way things are arranged here wherein you can walk and try your hand on what you like especially phones, laptops and tv. You also find reliance trends and jiomart on the same floor. Its huge and worth trying.

Pathetic they dont attend us properly their products are damaged and then they dont coperate with us the service is not good i was made fool in the shop i buyed the laptop and after billing they made us fool for 2 hrs and then they said that laptop is having starting problemthe worst shop everFAKE FAKE FAKE

It was OK, but staff needs to be more trained I bought a fridge and the representative told me that it has a convertible feature like you can turn off the freezer or turn freezer in to fridge and vise versa but turns out it did not so I contacted them and told them the issue at first they ignored what I said and refused to issue a refund or replacement but as soon as I told them Ill take this to consumer court and will file a charge for misleading the customer they changed their tone and offered me a exchange so I bought a Samsung model with same set of features but guess what the product came damaged it had this huge dent on the freezer compartment but they took the fridge back and brought another one after few more days.Ill not recommend reliance digital to anyone after this experience.

I have bought a reconnect 20000mah power bank from the store. The people at the store told me that it was 2019 model and was capable of fast charging so i bought it for 1899. But when i started to use it the battery of my phone instead discharged and the powet bank was 2018 model and neither had fast charging and was 5watts. When i went to the store for refunds they said they would check it and convey me the same . But now they say its perfectly with no defects and no return can be issued. The people there are very rude and never buy anything from the store
