Bad experience while purchasing laptop. I could not get proper response and rate even though I purchased laptop since my friend took me there told me that it is a good shop provides good service but I depressed. Let us hope for better service.

Ive purchased a lenovo laptop from here. And since the day of purchase after every 2 to 3 months there is some problem in my laptop and that to with no extensive use at all. Its been an year since the purchase and I have visited the store for a laptop repair for 4 times already and also have changed my keypad because it stopped working . And guess what Im now ready to take it for another repair because now half of the applications arent opening. This is the worst store ever. I dont know what kind of product they sale. Also when we go there, what they tell us is because of your mishandling the laptop isnt working properly even if we keep on telling that we havnt used it much. They put every blame on us. Worst shop, and worst product sold !

I bought a pentablet in 2013. Then upgraded my PC in 2015, bought a laptop in 2016, just bought a monitor. And ill tell you the owner still recognises me. The have a great staff. The owner recommends your the best qaulity product. I never got any faultt stuff from them.
