Recently, I purchased a barcode printer TSC TE 210 from here. By looking onto the reviews and service feedback I decided to opt this store. I majorly concern about the wireless printing as there are some 8-12 person in my office who will be using this printer. So at the time of enquiry, I confirmed with Mr. Samir (the owner) about wireless functionality and he was not sure at the time on call and asked for some time for getting a confirmation and then called me back with the confirmation of wireless printing functionality is there with the printer.Also, told me about designing work will also be taken care by there technicians.And today after sales, he sent there technicians who are very polite and understand the requirements from me. But internally, they are not communicate with any technician who are coming next.They sent the technician three times, but each times the requirements was not fulfilled.Samir, also said this printing configuration is not there responsibility.I called our networking guy for doing this, but the printer doesnt support wireless printing.False commitment by owner, no follow-up after sale, not answering a phone call, loudly speaking with the customerDisappointed, spent a lot many time for service.Edit on 23-9-20Today, we have given one more chance to correct the mistake by buying some rolls and bundle- now the owner Mr. Samir says only will provide if you will remove the review and again started arguing non-stop and forcefully I have to hang up the call in between.
