Very unprofessional, unpunctual and impolite people.They will never honour their own words. I gave my laptop for repairing here, they promised to call me back about the estimate on the next day. Never heard from them for 15 days and I kept calling to hear discourteous replies. After 15 days they informed the estimate, upon which I requested them to return my laptop as it was, they denied my request. I was shocked to the core. What problem could there be to hand back a thing to its its rightful owner if one cannot help! I also offered to wait for 2-3 hours, but their response was a downright no! I was in urgent need of my laptop as all my work is based on it. After 3 days of return-request they gave me back my laptop unrepaired, also charged a fee of 400 INR. It was such a relief to get it back unrepaired, as compared to the constant agony which I was subjected to for such a long period.Disappointed.Disapproved.Not-recommended.
