Not a place to repair laptopsAsk Technologies first of all ask Rs.350 to just ask whats the problem. Even after saying my laptop will be repaired by next day, he didn’t even open the laptop till then. Doesn’t picks up call or gives other reasons like I am out etc. Finally my laptop wasn’t repaired.Extremely bad service

Ask technology has failed to update with the updating technology, I was facing issue with my GPU fan this person told me that there is a possibility that servicing can resolve this problem if not then youll have to replace your fan, it took almost a week to do what they call as servicing, and when I went to pickup my laptop my hardrive was missing, I just told him to resolve this problem asap or else there will be repercussions, it took him again 2 days to fix hardrive problem, After bringing back my laptop I got an error that my GPU is missing. Ill not recommend ask technologies to anyone they are just outdated I feel

You must climb the second floor with your hardware (no lift). Then you will be forced to trust this person when he takes your hardware inside. He will refuse to work in front of you. God knows what he wants to remove from your system. But still he was polite. Located on Ring Road, next to Chaudhry lifestyle. Opposite Lenskart & Patanjali stores.

WORST EXPERIENCE !Simply waste of time and money.Firstly the center is not AUTHORIZED HP/DELL/APPLE/LENOVO service center.The owner will claim that it is the company certified authorized center, but IT IS NOT. (NEVER EVER REPAIR YOUR SYSTEM AT UNAUTHORIZED SERVICE CENTERS).The owner has paid extra cost to show himself authorized on google.The owner kept my laptop for 3 days with an assurance to repair my system in 1.5 days. ALSO NO CALLS WERE RECEIVED IN THOSE DAYS.But even after 3 days the laptop did not get repaired.

I had got my Dell laptop of 15 years vintage repaired . I had expected temporary sort of repairs to last for 3-4 months so that I could buy new one.Mr. Latif Khan to my surprise asked to me retain this laptop citing its advantages and promised me guaranteed repairs.I admire his confidence , humbleness & genuineness.My laptop working well for last 6 months.For laptop services , i cant think of other service center.

This is not a paid review. A genuine review by a genuine customer. As you can see I gave 5 stars. For me, from service to behavior, each star has its own value. I had a issue on my laptop for loose charging. I had to keep the charging connector pressed for the laptop to get the charge. If touched or shaked even a little bit the charge would get disconnected. I am from Siliguri and shifted Nagpur 6 months ago. I am using Refurbished Dell E6410 laptop. I went to the repairer in my own hometown but instead of fixing the charging issue the person instead destroyed my i7 processor and its compatible motherboard. He replaced the motherboard for free, however, I had to pay for the processor which was now i5 as the new motherboard did not support i7. So my laptop got downgraded. However, the charging issue still persisted. Maybe he used the uses charging connector in the new motherboard. I cant explain how much problems I faced for this issue. After coming to Nagpur as well I continued using the laptop with the same issue. But one day the laptop got shut down and did not turn on. I searched over google and found out about Ask Technologies and had a talked with the owner. The person was so nice to me that he even tried fixing the issue on the phone by stating some techniques. Any other person would have asked to come to service center in case he just wanted to make money but not him. This impressed me a lot. However, when the techniques he suggested failed, I went yo his office. He fixed all the issues of my laptop including the charging issue which had costed me a heck lot of trouble. What cannot be fixed anywhere has the highest possibility to get fixed here. On top of that his behaviour was out of the box. While I waited for the laptop to get fixed we had a lot of interesting chats till I waited. He even offered Tea which was a really sweet gesture. Final words would be The service was far better than I expected it to be. If you want to get your PC fixed, this is the place.You might think that if this is not a paid or fake review, why will someone spend their precious time to write such a long review. But my friend, I am happy today. So I thought to put my heart out. When you visit them, you will know my review was100% authentic.
