I booked the xuv 300 but just after booking in a second,refused to talk with me and turned to another person so cancel the booking after two days the price is hiked but still reminding daily continuously since 15 days booking amount not refunded and speaking lie about the accountant.this is due to Mr Rupesh Deshpande and Ashutosh Deshpande Nature.

A bunch or goons running around the place. False commitments from top to bottom. Even the general manager does not stand by his words. They say the car is not in a driveable condition and they can fix it by just changing the break pad. When demanded for a senior technician they are on tour always. Mahindra making some good cars but you cant expect costumers satisfaction. I have a xuv 300 just above 2 years old and have been facing problems from the day of purchase.Think before you plan to own a mahindra from nagpur.

I took my XUV 300 to their Bodyshop to do the accidental repair as this garage is in my insurance providers cashless list. But the Bodyshop manager refuse to provide the cashless repair and was pushing to pay me for the repair and then claim it with the insurance provider. When I asked but your garage is in my insurance provider cashless scheme, on which the manager said that they only provide cashless repairs to those who have purchased vehicles from their showroom as they have their internal insurance sales team to sell insurance and take care of claims. What a pathetic reply and customer service management. I recommend all Mahindra owners not to take your vehicle to Provincial Auto Nagpur.

Mahindra is one of the best cars maker.Mahindra XUV 300-W8 is there new version of car, that was just awesome. Full of comfort and spacious. One must check if planning to purchase car between 12-15 Lacs.The look is big & huge.

Today went for test drive and insights about Thar. Wanted to feels Thars off road performance but sales person Jitendra Rane wasnt interested in selling the vehicle. Neither he knew the facts nor he knows how to respect/treat the customer. He simply denied giving test drive on off road and force to take it only on Hingna- Wadi tar road, which was meaning less as per my requirements. Better avoid Provincial and go for Unati Motors. This show room is completely empty. Most of the staff was on leave neither they have any display vehicle available. The sales person was very arrogant. Had worst experience. Will never suggest this showroom to any one in future.

I own one XUV500, I had put my vehicle for servicing and other repairing work. They Purely misguided me to change good parts of my vehicle. Diesel level was too low after delivery. They steal diesel from my vehicle. Provincial Mahindra is a fraud company, which has no solutions for their fraudulent behaviour. They are so cheap that they dont even hesitate to steal diesel from your vehicles tank. Apart from diesel they also manipulate with your vehicle parts. They do not deserve any kind of trust. Purely fraud company. Mahindra company should think about them.

My worst experience ever...Like any other dealer then call 3 times a day to buy a car.And after buying the Mahindra pickup they forced us to buy 10 free service coupons which was our mistake.My(father) vehicle reached showroom at 12:00 pm but after pre booking the service, our vehicle went for servicing at 04:30 pmAnd left service centre at 08:30 pmIn that 4 hours they only work they did was changing engine oil, gear oil and washing.And when we asked for alignment( balancing) they straight away said NO. There answer was we dont have timeWe asked for some work on headlightHe said paise dekar bahar kara lenaThey didnt even changed the transmission oilNeither they checked the vehicleHaving four cars in my house,I think that provincial is the worst service centre ever

Loved the warmth of this place. Each and every staff are so humble and welcoming. Customer service is excellent.

Visitor car parking is a huge issue here. At least I faced it whenever I visited this place.Otherwise it is a good spacious showroom with good display of vehicles and a well trained friendly staff.
