I only visit express mall in My Nagpur trip. And found great shoping experience here. All most all brands available here and currently many of them offering discounts.

Being this biggest mall in Nagpur, Empress mall is popular among the residents of the city. This extravagant mall houses international brands like Tommy Hilfiger, etc. and national brands like Pantaloons, Lifestyle, Big Bazar, Global Desi and many more. This massive mall in Nagpur also has PVR Cinemas. It is at a prime location, and thus, is easily accessible from all parts of the city.

Great place for time pass..I find food items here arent that much good..Some fabric stores are great with low price 👍🏻👍🏻Excellent for grocery shopping..I find it uncomfortable in parking area

The place has not yet recovered after covid blow...Empty shops, empty corridors.

Not good, bad location tiles broken shops are closed, water coming in shops, overall very very bad response of moll, especially nakshtra marrage holl propels are very rude and taking excessive money from parties

After lockdown, most of the brand stores are closed, the finishing and the cleanliness is not proper. Those who wants to shop now, they had a good time Cas most of the brands those are open gives flat 50% off.

Empress City Mall is one of Nagpur’s larger shopping malls, featuring more than 100 shops and outlets. It was the first Mall such capacity and scale in the city. Some of the exclusive malls in Nagpur , most of India’s  popular Brands  are represented here, such as  Pantaloons, Lifestyle, Big Bazar to name a few.Only this mall doesnt have proper parking arrangements.

This mall is quite big and has lot of branded shops. Other than that they have a small shopping mart, Big Bazaar etc. They also have fun and games for kids as well. A lot of development has to happen especially the cleaning and maintenance of each floors and also the parking area. Proper directions and maps are also to be put in to locate the shops in the mall.

All in one stop for shoppers on the go. Plenty of stores starting from tiny tots to yearly old.. There are a lot of food stalls to choose from.. It has a theater and a play ground for the tiny tots.. saloons and spa can be regularly found. Footwear, dresses stores are awesome. But there are no facility to sit except in the food stalls..

Many shops were close. Few shops require covid vaccine certificate for entry.

Biggest mall in nagpur

Best place to a cosy shopping. Fun for kids is guaranteed. I came for PVR Cinemas. Great show and wonderful theatre. But the way out is really bad. They have to take extra care in keeping it clean. Also lift dont have details of floors and hence very difficult to choose the right floor.

Poorly maintained mall and gives a feeling of local bazaar and not that of a shopping mall. Even though it has most of the popular brands, footfall is very small. The mall is located in the center of the city and has a great potential to be a go to place for most families but because of poor maintenance and lack of cleanliness, is loosing its once achieved grandeur.Toilets are stinky and parking is dim and shady.

One of the worst mall I have ever visited. Even Iraq and Syria might have better looking malls than this one. Pathetic parking area. Worst ever brand shops. Poor management of such spacious property. It could have developed into a better mall. I will certainly not visit it again.

Sixty percent outlets are closed. Escalators and lifts are not working.

Good for shopping and PVR Cinemas. Rest functionality is okay.2021 Update: it still has a good number of brands and BigBazar too but it is losing its charm. Management needs to pay focus to revive this mall.

These three stars are just for the PVR , no bathroom neatness in mall itself as they have lacked on maintenance a long time ago , I think. They should come up with new strategies and attractions if they want to thrive in the online world

I loved it! Even during the pandemic period, they took good measures.Good. I would request people to wear masks when they go there.

Its a great place for shopping. I brough a raccoon from The Khilona Shop and the quality is great. Its fur is so soft and it can be washed in washing machine. The other shops are also good, Overall I enjoyed my time here.. This Mall is much bigger than the other places and it has so many things for kids like toys and games. There are so many big brands like Reliance Trends etc. Its a good place to hangout and shopping. This mall has paid parking.

The only reason I go there is PVR.Parking charges at PVR Empress Mall has also been hiked from August 1, the day from which the ban outside food was supposed to be lifted.While the parking fee for two-wheeler has been increased to Rs 20 from Rs 15, the charges for four-wheeler has been hiked to Rs 40 from Rs 30.

A good place to visit.

Parking is not free. Lots of people will guide you in but not many when you going out. Exits out into a nondescript lane. Mall is new so of course clean. A waste of time to go if you are interested in a particular brand.

Huge mall!! Nice for shopping, movie. But very low maintenance of escalator, tiles, the whole floor. Plus the surrounding area is extremely unsafe. Parking rate is also very high when it is supposed to be only upto 10₹. Half of the shops are under construction or closed. Only the ground floor and the PVR section is good.

Nice mall with a very large land area.... But a little bit old nd need to be renovated... Parking facilities are ample and also location is not stricken of traffic... Many brands are available including Big Bazaar and Virtual Reality nd Gaming section.... Food courts are also gud... Gud to come with family and friends on weekends for shopping nd refreshment... Most of the time place is crowdy as quite visited by people round the city... A bit of greenery is around the mall area
